I live in Buffalo and am in love with the city so when I saw a shirt that said living my best Buffalo life, I had to have it!!! I will never turn down an opportunity just to stroll through and look at all the lovely decor items. I found a very beautiful marble toothbrush holder for only six dollars. I will say that I might have to go back and get a new toilet brush! I did have to ask someone to point out the bathroom accessories to me as they were at the opposite side of the store. The woman was so very kind and that she walked me over to the shelf and showed me exactly where they are. This is the kind of customer service we used to receive 30, 40, 50 years ago. I truly appreciate the extra attention I receive from the clerks.

I shopped here on Jan 5, 2025, at 4:30 pm. There was a young man working alone, back in the rear of the store where the large carpets are hanging. I heard him before I saw him, and he was pacing and having a full conversation with himself, complaining that there was "no way to get this done". He was smacking the rugs, grabbing his face and pacing rapidly. A short while later, I saw him crying. I asked the only other floor staff person that I saw, another man, if the pacing man was OK. He said , "Yeah, he's wiggin". Not sure if he was having some crisis, but no one said anything to him or did anything to help, so I left the store. Store is great but please, check your staff to make sure they are OK. I can't stop worrying about him.
