The bigger issue for me is the pricing and consistency. Charging an extra $1 for alternative milk in 2026 feels a little like cash grab? On top of that, the specialty lattes have gone up another dollar in the past year, which makes the quality even more important. For that 20% increase in price, I expect to actually taste the specialty part. That said, the employees were genuinely kind and super helpful.
