Working retail previously myself, I didn't want to make Toni stay late. I hurried and tried about 5 different dresses on. One stuck out as a winner, just is just barely didn't fit. Toni took down my information, the dress information, and assured me they would call the supplier in California on Monday to find out if it could be special ordered in my size. Monday I got a call from Megan from the store following up from the previous weekend. They were on top of it, which I truly appreciate! I feel like I usually have to call a place 7 or 8 times to remind them. Megan let me know that the dress was available, and went ahead and ordered it for me. I just got another call from Megan this afternoon letting me know the dress arrived earlier than anticipated, and is ready for pick-up! I am so happy that: a) I found a dress for my party, b) they were willing to work with me to get it ordered on time, c) had a great experience, and d) they went above and beyond for me. Megan was even sweet enough to take a picture of the dress and text it to me so I had a visual while shopping for accessories to go with it :) THANK YOU AGAIN GIRLS! As first time customers, they ask if we would like to share our name and phone number to track their regular or frequent shoppers. I was given a $5 coupon that can be used on our next visit. Pre-loved items are in very good condition, sometimes a tag is still attached to it from the original store. Clothes Mentor smells so good that it sets your mood to shopping therapy mode ;-) They accepts cash or credit card payment. I could have given a 5 star rating however some of the staff were very insensitive to walk-in customers, most especially to those who don't speak or understand English at all. I saw the expression on their faces the dismay when an elderly customers ask and they seem to be not so helpful. You could hear the same answer like "whatever is out there is what we have".
