If you're looking for a top-tier menswear shopping experience, stop what you're doing and go see…read moreShannon at Jos. A. Bank! From the moment we walked in, Shannon made us feel like VIPs -- welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. We came in needing help with a suit for a special occasion and alteration for an older suit, and Shannon didn't just help us shop -- she elevated the entire experience. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, offered expert advice on fit, style, and color, and pulled together looks that were sharp, modern, and perfectly suited (pun intended) to our needs. Her attention to detail was impeccable -- from measuring with precision to offering styling tips we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. She balanced honesty and encouragement beautifully, which made decision-making easy and stress-free. Beyond her expertise, Shannon is just an absolute joy to be around. Friendly, funny, and full of positive energy -- the kind of person who turns a shopping trip into something memorable. We walked out not just with great suits, but with total confidence and huge smiles. Thank you, Shannon, for making this such a fantastic experience. We'll be back for every future occasion -- and recommending you to everyone we know!

I picked a few items and, after a great deal of time spent debating, decided I couldn't wear any of them (too small, too thin, etc). Cassie, who was taking items off the dressing room rack, engaged me in cheerful conversation about why I didn't like any of those items. After a few minutes of looking around, Cassie walked up with a style of shirt she had personally purchased from there and recommended it to me. It was the perfect size and fit! Thank you to Cassie for making me feel better about myself, and for being energetic enough at 9 at night to talk to customers. I did the self-checkout option--a huge help--and a woman named Dorothy was walking around. She took the metallic tags off my clothes and collected my hangers, and engaged me in similar pleasant conversation. Thank you!! Love the Kohl's staff and their general support.
