Scrubs & Beyond Has the worst reward system. Customers can only use a maximum of $25 reward points in a single transaction. Also, rewards earned online cannot be used in the physical store. Rewards points don't cover the shipping cost, and customers have to reach a $75 minimum to get a free shipping. The points expire in less than a year. I have been shopping here off and on for years and have always had a positive experience until today. This is the second time I. my life writing a bad review, and the service rendered warrants this review. The rep was decidedly annoyed on my expected arrival once I arrived and interrupted her private cell phone call to order lab coats and a company jacket. She told me she needed approval for more than one lab coat and for the company jacket. I asked if she needed email or phone call to confirm. She made it clear that she didn't care. I took the time to call my department to give her confirmation, yet she refused to take the call and told me she just needed "proof" I called. when I asked about the jacket, she waved she arms in frustration that I didn't instinctively know where they might be. During check out, she was dismissive of each question I had about embroidery. She offered absolutely no help and only gave it with obvious attitude when asked. She should not be in any industry seeking customer service excellence or mediocrity. read more

I stopped in with my girl so she could pick up scrubs that she had ordered. Initially I had planned to wait in the car but I'm always looking for a new lab coat for the office but I'm not a fan of plain white. They certainly have scrubs but the "& Beyond" part, not so much. Every men's lab coat they carried was white and they were all of a similar style. A little color and some differing styles and pocket options would've been helpful but unfortunately I didn't find anything here. I have shopped at scrubs and beyond for a couple years now. Always had a good experience. They always have the style, color, and size I needed. This includes my husband as well. I wear XS to S, he wears L to XXL. Their selection is very good, everything from $5/$10 tops to the more expensive $30 range. Also, I LOVE that they ask which hospital you are affiliated with, in order to give you some savings. So many stores keep it such a secret.... Come on, we work hard and if a discount is available let me know about it LOL. Like I said, I've been happy with my service and choices here. Will definitely keep returning. read more

Clean, neat, and very organized...... Staff not very friendly nor inviting. I usually go to another location but since I live in Rochester Hills I figured I would give this store a try. The first time I went in I was just browsing as I was shocked it was in the plaza, when I entered not one single person acknowledged my or my mother's existence. After about 15 minutes we left. The next time I went was only because I went to Wal-Mart and I really wanted another scrub set and I believe in second chances. This time the same thing only difference is I was actually purchasing something. Usually I wouldn't make a purchase when service is poor but I will not go back to this location again. It's pretty hard to find a store that sells medical scrubs with pleasing employees. This place had very pleasing employees. They were very helpful and polite. Here's the but.. but it took forever for my scrubs to come in because I had to order my size. I was told 1 - 2 weeks and so I'm thinking, okay there is only one other store in Michigan. I'm sure it won't take too long. Wrong. After a week passed by and I had not received a call, I thought, y'know what I'll order one pant from Amazon and see if it gets here before the 3 that I ordered from Scrubs & Beyond. I placed in an order on April 9th at S&B, and then I placed an order on Amazon on the 15th, which was a Sunday. My amazon order came in on April 19th (regular shipping NOT express or 2day). It had been 2 weeks exactly since I had placed the order from Scrubs & Beyond, and I called them when I was off work to see if my order was in. It was already 4:30 in the afternoon and I had received no call so I followed up. At least they were there, but really my suggestion, is if they don't have your size, take note of the style and color, and order them from Amazon. So yeah.. bottom line, if you see something you like there at the store, you should grab it, the employees are very friendly and I know they have nothing to do with their shipping times (at least I don't think they do), if it isn't there, do yourself a favor and just order it from Amazon.
