I asked her to read it back to me two times, and two times I caught an error in her sizes, colors, and modules. A skirt that I ordered never arrived. After 6 weeks I called the corporate customer service to ask for a refund, and calls were disconnected after 10 minutes and never returned. I contacted the Auburn Hills store and was told that the skirt was discontinued, and that they didn't know when its replacement would be in production. I asked for a refund. They told me they could only give me a store credit. I replied that they since they sold me a skirt that was discontinued, a store credit for merchandise that they could not sell me was useless, and asked them to cut me a check. They said they "could not," but would not investigate further up the ladder to ask for a refund. I only shop here because I am forced to. Fortunately my child is in 11th grade and I won't have to deal with them for much longer. If you can purchase your uniforms elsewhere, I urge you to do so. If you MUST order from Dennis directly, I advise you not to use the school vouchers. The 8% "discount" is not enough when they won't provide the unforms as promised and won't give you anything but store credit for things they cannot provide. If I ever have to purchase from them again--and I hope not--I will use a credit card so charges can be disputed.

I browsed around and found a plethora of cashmere sweaters from rack to rack. I have never seen so many different cashmere sweaters in one boutique shop. It was quite fantastic. My grandmother, great aunts, mom, cousins and I all have a love for cashmere sweaters. It's the perfect fabric for 3 out of 4 seasons. I found 5 different cashmere sweaters and all different styles, cuts and colors too. The burgundy with the two cut out on the upper chest looked fun, but it wasn't so flattering on. Plus I tend to wear them to keep me warm and the cutouts would make it drafty for sure. The dark color didn't suit me well either. The gray with the angled shoulders looked unique, but made me think of Star Trek every time I looked at it. Didn't suit me either. The pink and gray vintage seamed was loose but not too baggy. My husband found it baggy on me, but it was quite comfy. The other pale pink sweater fit me like a glove and the sleeves were nice too and the whole sweater was form fitting. The first gray sweater is my absolute favorite. It caught my eye on the mannequin and that's the one I bought since it fit me perfectly. I liked the cinched or gathered design all over the sweater. It fit me well and the design is subtle but unique enough. 3 new cashmere sweaters to keep me toasty and warm this fall / winter for years to come. Service was good. For context I've been going here since I was a baby, now I'm currently a adult as we speak. When I was a child the staff there use to be extremely kind and greeted people, for clients such as what I and my parents fell under we were able to gain stuff to help us immensely due to low wages. Such as every month you can come in get 3 tops, 3 bottoms, a jacket or winter coat, a blanket/sheets every 6 months, socks, underwear, bra, shoes every 3 months. The staff there would even point out stuff to people there whenever they would have good items such as clothing or furniture, Because the clothes closet was intented for people not making enough money to get clothes on their back, and necessities. Not to mention everything they get is **donated** not sold to them it's given. They didn't have it open to the public originally due to it was connected to neighborhood house, however slowly they started to implement cost if clients wanted extra clothing however at highest something would cost was $5 at most and that's if it was furniture, and slowly was open to the public after years. But ever since they got new management they have become a former shell of what the use to be, now they're using their donations given to them to make a quick buck and it disgusts me. Clients now can only go 6 months out of the year when 2 years prior they could go every month because it was intended for families who make less money. You can only get a winter jacket and light jacket once every 2 years (so if you have growing children good luck keeping them warm) and same thing for bedding. Next they now have become full on money goblins, everything they have is given/donated to them and they are taking those donations and selling them for ridiculously high prices raging as high as $100. In fact they are even putting aside items for resellers to buy off them before anyone else can get to them which I overheard the visit I had today. Furthermore they now have implemented tables/racks that clients cannot even get items off them for free like this was intended for selling purses as high as 20-60 dollars. And due to them now trying to make a quick buck their racks are over filled to the brim with clothes to the point you can hardly move the clothing to see what's there in the racks at times, especially the coats it's absolutely ridiculous. And last their staff is extremely disrespectful. Everytime I try to great them I'm always met with a scoff or annoyed sigh, and they nit pick the clothing like it's coming out their own wallet. Overall I'm disgusted at the Neighborhood houseclothes closet it's a former shell of what it use to be and is now a money grab for resellers or outrageous prices. If you want to donate high valuable stuff to reach a family in need, don't do so here I'd suggest Facebook market place and putting it up for free for or gods helping hand if you want your donations to hit a family in need because they'll use your items here for a quick buck, and very limited for families who actually need it.

I loved how everything was organized by color and how they styled some of the clothes on the racks. The girls working were super friendly and helpful, more than any store I've been to recently. They put our stuff in the fitting rooms for us and were really helpful and willing to grab other things for us. The clothes and dress I bought were super soft and cute and although a bit pricey, I'd say they were worth the money. We will definitely be back!!
