I can't believe I am just discovering this amazing food!!! A foodie friend of mine recommended this place and told me to definitely order their gola kebabs! So glad I did! My tastebuds are thanking me right now, and I'm sure my tummy will be too!! As soon as you're in the parking lot, the aroma of char grilled kebabs, spices, and deliciousness fill the air! You know you're about to hit the jackpot!! You're welcomed by a friendly staff and can seat yourself and order at the counter. The ambiance is cozy and homey and not super fancy. It's casual comfort. They have a great menu with good options but mainly focused on the grilled items! We ordered the chicken lover platter so we can try the different types of sizzlers! It comes with Chicken Footlong Kebab (1pc), Chicken Gola Kebab (7pcs), Chicken Tikka Boti (7pcs) & 8oz bowl of sauce (your choice) The platter was so large and overly satisfying! Naan/Kulcha can be ordered a la carte! I loved the fresh char taste and all the items were juicy and filled with amazing flavors! I would totally come back again and even cater for our next family gathering!

We LOVE this local neighborhood gem! We've been ordering takeout from here for about 3 years now. Things we LOVE: chicken tikka masala, beef or chicken gola kebab, lamb chops, chicken malai boti & garlic naan (they're HUGE). Sometimes when they're super busy food can take up to an hour, so plan around that. But overall, the flavor is good & the staff is friendly! *sorry for the blurry menu photos

After hearing about their bbq, we decided to try this with some family. First, it's a pretty small restaurant. There's a few tables, but with two large groups, the restaurant gets crowded. It also looks like there's not many workers, so the food does take a while. We ordered the beef combo, chicken tikka boti, and the chicken Manchurian with fried rice combo. The beef combo came with the footlong beef kabab, beef gola, and the beef boti. Both the footlong beef kabab and the beef gola were delicious, and hit. I can definitely see why Beba is famous for that! I did not like the beef boti at all. It was really tough. The chicken tikka was okay. It was bland, but was better when eaten with the jalapeños they gave on the side. The chicken Manchurian and fried rice was a pass. The Manchurian was this overly sweet gravy, and the fried rice was more of a bagare chawal dish. Overall, I'd come back here for their beef bbq

Went here for breakfast with some out of town friends. They had a brunch buffet going on but we asked to see the menu so we could go a-la-carte. The host obliged. The breakfast items here are great. Get a paki style omlette with paratha and it's like being back in the old country. We have also had their Pakistani bbq, kebobs and chicken. Its pretty good. They have a bbq kabob platter which comes with some familiar and also unique sauces. My wife and I were hooked on that for a while. Service wise they are nice but inefficient. Online ordering is a bit wonky as the hours don't line up their operating hours so try ordering over the phone instead. Although they aren't great about picking up the phone during busy time but that's sort of par for the restaurant industry. So after all that still 4 stars? Yeah. The food is good and owners are nice. Just not very adept technology wise. I hope they fix the online order system, maybe have by now. I usually recommend this place when people ask me about paki restaurants to try so that should say something.

I'm not sure what the hype is .... This place has very limited seating. Almost all the seating is next to the bathroom entrance. Food was less than average honestly. I heard great reviews so we checked it out for dinner. We ordered 2 chicken seekh kabob, Chana salan and paratha, 1 keema matar and Naan. There was no spice, not even in the chutneys. Everything was very minimal, which I'm sure a lot of people appreciate but we're Punjabi so we did not. We were looking for the spice. The seekh kabob were dry and the chutneys didn't add anything, they charge 0.50 extra for those by the way. The paratha I thought was like frozen and then cooked. Not fresh. Chana super bland.

Tried out this place with my parents and I have to say, we were incredibly impressed. My Pakistani dad who is an incredibly picky eater (especially when it comes to Pakistani food) was practically inhaling the nihari. You are NOT coming for the restaurant and ambiance itself, it reminds me of a cantine in Pakistan. (Small shops with restaurants attached, usually have plastic chairs or straw beds to eat off of) there aren't any plastic chairs or straw beds, but it seems they took no time in the interior of the restaurant. It seems like this restaurant is primarily a to go option, but the food is worth it. The nihari was incredibly tender and was falling apart as we were taking bites. The seekh kabab had a great taste to it and because this is a Pakistani restaurant, it's one of the few places you can order beef samosas. Although I wouldn't dine in again, I would definitely go back to pick up food.

Ordered takeout from this place to satisfy my Pakistani food cravings. I wanna thank them for packing the Karahi well to ensure the sauce didn't fall out. I ordered the Goat Biryani and Chicken Karahi. There was a generous portion of the goat biryani for the price and a good meat to rice ratio. Although the portion was good, the biryani taste did not come through and lacked flavor. On the other hand the Chicken Karahi was really delicious and left me with a smile on my face after eating it. Overall they provide a good value and I look forward to trying other things on the menu.

I have been to beba bbq a hand full of times with different people I always order the same thing. There paratha is awesome and out of this world it goes with the shahi dal, malai chicken, and beef gola. It taste really good when it is eaten at the restaurant and the food is fresh and warm. I have gotten the same stuff for catering order and it was consistent Good location nice neighborhood. The inside is ok but there AC is not that good.

Chicken malai, garlic naan, beef kebab was really good. Tandoori shrimp was something new to me. Only $5. It was listed at 10 pieces but I'm pretty sure I got more. The rest of their appetizers looked good too. Would come again as it's close to my neighborhood and tastes better than most Indian places I've been to in California or Texas. Food comes out hot and stays warm for awhile. This is a gem in the neighborhood. Don't really want people to find out to crowd it but I'd support and come back just to make sure this place stays around. Dine in experience was pleasant and was not as expensive as some other places. The quality is def there for a good price. Most of my dishes were 10$ or under.

The food is average. Lacks spice. They are stingy with the chutneys/sauces/ketchup packets. They forgot half our order and claimed we did not order it (even though it was confirmed when placing order). Their AC was broken so it was hot inside. They do have a gigantic fan but it causes the plates and napkins to fly away from the table. read more

This might be the best pakistani - grilled food in all of DFW. I've gotten food catered from these guys a few times and friends reached to me to get their info. Their foot long kabobs are my favorite but I haven't eaten anything off their menu that I didn't like. Okay I lied, their chicken biryani can use some help but if you stick to their grilled meats, they can be beat. Shout out to Muneeb, owners son. Awesome guy who help glue it all together. read more

My husband and I have gone all over dfw looking for a good Kebob place and we have finally found our place!!! Their Kebobs (chicken and beef) are perfectly marinated and grilled and their Lacha Paratha is amazing!! We drive from McKinney to come to this little shop and it is sooooo worth it! While the dining room is small, the service is so wonderful. I feel like I'm transported to a small wonderful restaurant in India! I cannot recommend this place enough! Try their food you will not regret it!!! read more

Superb a hole in a wall restaurant serving authentic bbq items. Great place for families, friends, and relatives for a desi treat at very reasonable rates. I don't think any other restaurant beats the taste, price, and authenticity of the food. Beba holds the record in all and has become my favorite place in DFW for a weekend get-together either with family or friends. read more

This place is legit! One of the best tikka masalas I've ever had. I did carry out and I'm sitting at hone half way through my meal and I had to stop and give them 5 stars because it's well deserved. I'm no traditional expert but I've had many many tikka masalas including Chicago where I lived for 12 years. I feel like the sauce is more authentic as you can see the oils and the chicken is so tender. I've had this style in Chicago but the meat was a little too authentic (I think it was lamb or beef but I remember a lot of grizzle and fat which I'm not accustomed to). Not this place, it had the amazing sauce and deliciously tender chicken. The naan was wonderful as well. I will be making this place a part of my weekly rotation from this moment on. read more

My wife and I visit this spot at least once a week. Young tall skinny guy's service is great, everyone else, uh ok. Food, Kashmiri Karahi, MAGICAL, Gola Kabob, amazing, Chicken Malai Boti, soft, tender and cooked to perfection. Ambiance is not the best but food is something else. read more

Hole in the wall type of place that we discovered after moving to the area. We always end up getting the mixed grill platter and it's consistently good- always well cooked and served with a variety of chutneys and parathas which are the absolute best in the area. read more

Complete waste of time and money. Was in the mood to try some Pakistani food so I ordered tandoori shrimp and other items. Lady tells me the wait for my order is an hour. An hour?! There was hardly anyone inside. I decided to wait in the hopes the food would be great. Boy was I wrong! The "tandoori" shrimp had nothing tandoori about it - It was regular American style fried shrimp! I kid you not. Look at the pictures. How is this authentic in any way? Like the shrimp everything else was bland. Naan bread was flavorless and had the texture of chewing gum. Couldn't even pull it apart - it was so tough and elastic. Run away from this place! Super delicious food! I got the chicken Mahkni with garlic naan. I had ordered my food for pickup and look how well it was wrapped to prevent any spills, I definitely appreciated that! They also currently have a $5 Ramadan dinner box special going on right now. I recommend this restaurant because the food tasted fresh and amazing. I promised I'd support small businesses especially during this time, so I make it an effort to find good eats in my community. They make it easy, opened from 3pm to 11pm most days except Sunday (close at 10PM). Super accommodating hours for late night binging. I ordered Mango Lasissi Tandoori Fries, Garlic Naan, and Nihari Beef. I originally wanted Mutton Biryani (for a limited time it's 5.99 for to go order from Monday to Friday...how could I pass on that?). They were out but the host taking my order was super helpful in helping me pick out an alternative. He explained the differences between my other possible choices- Chicken Tikka Masala (a common popular dish) and Nihari (raved about on Yelp for this place). I went with Nihari since I'm feeling adventurous and it did feel like a safe choice since it was highly touted. He asked if I were waiting in my car and since I was, he volunteered to just bring it to me. Curbside pick up-ish? Yes, please. I got my order to go, but if you're dining in, expect a clean, basic dining environment. Nothing special, but anything you'd need provided and readily available. Most likely self served. Mango Lasissi - super delish and satisfying. Not overly sweet like it sometimes get at places Tandoori Fries - amazing! Sauce over fries. A smidge bit spicy but I'm sure you could request it be non-spicy Beef Nihari - also spicy and a smidge oily. Not sure if they can accommodate requests, but it's basically like a beef stew but different flavor. I ordered naan to dip in it. I definitely don't have enough naan, and wish the naan or rice came standard with it. Garlic Naan - wwwaayyy garlicky but good. BTW, on a Friday night they had a good flow of people going in and out. We ordered chicken footlong kabab, chicken gola kabab and beef uddham kabab. I loved the gola and beef kabab. Footlong was meh! It was pretty bland. But the other two kabobs were pretty damn good. Moist, tender and tasteful. They give plenty of sauces, the mango chutney had a nice kick to it. Worth the price. read more

We have been eating here for over a year and their service keeps on going downhill. We ordered 4 pink teas and they were cold. Their staff took all the teas back; put it in a jug and microwaved it. Even though everyone had taken a sip she tried to serve it again to us. Extremely unhygienic and breaking food service codes. A sign on the wall says "self service" they still automatically charge a 18% service fee because the menu says parties of 5 or more will be charged a service fee. read more

This place had great service. Our waiter was very fast and efficient with their job. I asked all the people on my table and calculated it and the average was 4. I liked the mango lassi shake and the halwa was delicious. I liked the collage of the different cities in Pakistan! Great service and food. Keep it up! read more

Disappointed. Went today with my husband after hearing the advertisement on radio fun asia morning show how good it is..... but disappointed. Kababs were good, but kashmiri goat masala was stale meat looked like old from couple of days just warmed it and served. My husband had kababs which was ok.The yogurt raita was also stale. The young waiter girl was very nice. Its more like takeaway not a good place to have sit down restaurant. naans were ok. read more

Beba BBQ has outstanding food. The kabobs are absolutely delicious. I wouldn't come and not try them. The staff is very nice and they work efficiently. I was immediately seated at my table and I was given bottle water. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who looking for a great meal at a great price. This is something that you can't get at Al Markas. read more

The Dal Gosht is spicy and flavorful. The goat was so tender and just fell of the bone. Veg samosas and the two chutneys they come with was so flaky and the potato filling had a spectacular flavor and crisp. Also got the healthy barbecue bowl with chicken malai boti which had a specific taste that I couldn't pinpoint but my boyfriend still liked it. It was so tender and spicy. And it's served over the fluffiest rice. The staff is also so nice and patient with some of my questions. I found this place to be a great surprise. They serve good portions for an affordable price. Same menu albeit they also do weekend lunch buffet now which has an expanded menu with more gravy based dishes to complement the BBQ. The BBQ itself continues to be solid. I'm glad they have managed to maintain the same great taste as they had when the owner was doing BBQ solo out of his backyard. It's a family run operation and I think that goes a long way to maintaining the quality of the food. Their prices are also reasonable which you won't hear me complain about ;)
