Super sweet, neon red, one note, wrong color, wrong consistency. Basically tomato soup with sugar and turmeric pretending to be a masala. It fills you up, but it doesn't make you pause and savor anything. Spice Grove Indian Cuisine is not that place. This is the real deal. The flavors are layered, balanced, and clearly cooked with intention. Not overly sweet, not dumbed down, just full of garlic, spice, depth, and that unmistakable "this was done right" feeling you get when Indian food is executed properly. We ordered a spread, saag, tikka masala, butter chicken, korma, vindaloo, garlic naan, and honestly there wasn't a weak dish on the table. Everything had the right color, the right texture, and the right punch of flavor. This is food you slow down for. I won't say this is the single best Indian food I've ever had, I reserve that for a few heavy hitters like Dishoom and Brigadiers in London and Chola in New York City. But if those are 10s, this is a very solid 8.5, and that is high praise. They're busy for a reason. You cannot go wrong here. If you love Indian food, or want to understand why people love Indian food, just go. You'll leave happy and probably already planning your next visit.

The butter chicken with the garlic naan was so good and had a little kick to it. We also got their chicken biriyani which was good and spicy, you can see the masala within the rice. On the side we got their pani puri which was good and perfect for sharing and as an appetizer. The last dish we got was their szheuan noodles with chicken and it was spicy if you can handle the level of spice but filled with so much flavors or Indian and Chinese flavors. On the flip side, there were plenty of chairs to sit in and relax without having to rush through the meal.
