Each piece was sitting in a pool of grease on the tray and it made the taste a little unpleasant. What a shame. The chicken cordon bleu pizza was exactly how I expected it to be if not better. The crust was chewy, which I enjoyed, and all of the flavors had a chance to shine instead of one dominating the rest. I particularly liked the breadcrumbs on top as they gave the pizza another texture to work with. The chicken could have used a little seasoning, but that's minor.
