Yellow towels that are supposedly clean

This motel seemed great as advertised, and seemed nice walking in. However, I began noticing many issues regarding its cleanliness. Some of the towels were stained dirty - I understand that towels can change colors, but these should absolutely not be given to guests as they do not come off as clean. Along with the stained towels, I found long hairs in the white bath towels. I dried off with my dirty pajamas because I did not want to rub someone else's used towel on my clean body. The dark walls showed clear dust all over them. The bedding had various stains, as well as hairs and lint. The bathtub was a bit dirty, and the shower head provided a very wide, uneven spread of water, causing me to take a longer shower than usual just to get all the soap out. I tried sucking it up and dealing with it, but what really ticked me off is when I looked at my feet, not even 10 minutes after my shower. They were covered in dirt and crumbs. I could walk around my house with shoes on for a month straight, and my bare feet still would not be as dirty as they were walking on this floor. I have stayed in many motels, and nothing has beat the uncleanliness of this one.

Nastiest hotel ever! Have been asking for a refund for 7 weeks. Tried 2 rooms neither was clean. Blood on the comforter, dried pee on the floor, hairs in the shower! They said house keeping left for the day. Refusing to issue a refund! Stay awake

I'm from Utah and I work at a ski resort called Snowbird. the Iron Blosam is one of the lodges I work at as a housekeeper. While I was here I would give the cleanliness of the room a 10/10. Ps I hate cleaning up the garbage so we took it out for ya :) Anyway... This place was fantastic, I don't know what the other lady was talking about. The pillows were soft, the bed was soft. The windows were left open, preventing the temperature of the room to be to cold or hot. I really appreciated the windows being left open. Our average room temperature was around 80 degrees. The breakfast was fantastic and yummy! The breakfast place was clean and cozy. Thank you Beaverhead Lodge we hope to seen you soon! Hope you don't get any crazy clients again like the 1 star lady. I hope that lady also takes down that bad picture of the counter that has one crumb on it

Do not support this establishment. I try never to leave negative reviews, but I have to give a scathing review for this place and how the owner and employees treated us. We booked a stay here for 4 nights while we were hunting this fall. The room was fine and seemed like they were trying to fix the place up. Unfortunately on day 3 we discovered a bedbug in our room which was full of blood it had sucked out of one of us. We alerted the employee at the desk and showed her the bug and nicely asked what they could do for us, like maybe a discount since we were going to have to go through all the hassle of sterilizing our clothes and gear that was in the room so we didn't bring any back to our own homes. The employee talked to her manager and then called us back informing us that we needed to immediately leave the establishment within 30 minutes (even though we still had another night on our reservation andit was 8pm and we had just gotten back after hunting all day).. she went on to say that what we had found was not a bed bug even though it is 100% a bed bug (a picture is attached so you can decided for yourself- what other bloodsucking bug lives in a hotel room in Montana in the middle of winter? Certainly not a tick). She went on to say that if we were not gone in 30min that she was going to call the police. We weren't combative, or rude or anything and I told her I thought that escalated quickly but she wouldn't budge on her position (which she was obviously the messenger for the owner who refused to talk to us himself). As we were packing up all our stuff (we had a lot) the cops arrived. Can you believe that? The cops were polite and just waited until we were packed and left. We were lucky there was another hotel available that night in that small town during hunting season. Bad customer service and certainly no way to treat polite respectful guests. Wouldn't recommend supporting people like this that strongarm their customers. Footnote: they refunded our final night. Thanks for nothing.

Overwhelmingly disappointing stay. I typically avoid this brand due to repeated disappointment,…read morehowever, someone else provided my lodging here. At 3:30 PM, our rooms were still not ready for check in and were asked to come back in a couple hours. We finally got checked in to our rooms at 5:30. Typical sterile Motel 6 room with zero amenities. Laminate flooring with paper-thin walls and a barking dog in the room adjacent made for a frustratingly uncomfortable night. Lumpy, uncomfortable bedding, and the bathroom was in desperate need of cleaning and remodeling. Tile grout as well as the toilet is badly stained and appeared unsanitary. The towels have been washed and baked dried so many times they feel like sandpaper when drying your body. I would not recommend staying here with the higher quality options nearby in the same price range.

Had it not been after 11p, my tired family and I would have just left!…read more Maybe they changed maid service from the previous reviews...but this was the 10th Motel we've stayed in the last 2 weeks during our vacation-MANY were much older...but there's NO excuse for uncleanliness!!!! Boogers on the wall, folded washcloth with toothpaste on the inside, crumbs on the blankets, smeared dead fly on wall, spills down the side of the box spring cover, crumbs on the chair, mildew on the shower curtain, dead flies, grunge in the corners and dirt on the baseboards, cloudy residue on mirror and faucets, dirty floor in bathrooms, stuff smeared on the walls...just NO excuse-a good total deep clean of every room is on order. This is shear laziness-and something you should NEVER find in a motel/hotel!!! Yuck! And an old French fry on the night stand-OMG. I wasn't expecting the Hilton...just provide your guests a clean room, for goodness sake!!! The front desk guy was accommodating and got us a second room...but upon closer inspection, it was just as bad-many of the above mentioned were in this room, also. The manager told us it was just an "old" motel...no it's not! The 50's Motel in Bozeman rocked and you could eat off their floors! Pull your head out...get a new cleaning staff!!!! Ew AND gross!!! We will NEVER stay here again!!! The Motel 6 in Missoula was fantastic-this one gives this franchise a bad name! The whole night I laid in bed thinking of the Far Side with the guy that gets the bad case of the willies... OH...and the morning coffee in the lobby was cold at 7:30a...the final straw.
