Flyyyyyyyyyyyy grave

Cameron was behind the front desk when we arrived and was wonderful. Very kind and generous with his time. He gets five stars for sure. When we checked in, our room was... a bit strange. The mattress was on the floor and i wasn't even sure how that could have happened. Anyway. Not Cameron's fault. He remedied it right away and got us a new room. The room was simple and small. Just as you would imagine at a budget hotel chain. Pros- the bed was awesome. I dunno what it was but it was lovely and firm and very very comfortable. My fiance is 6ft 6 and I'm used to a queen mattress sinking when we lay together. This wasn't the case here and i was very grateful! The bathroom was clean. Cons- the tv was mounted completely off center to the bed. So it was in front of the tiny seating area and only half of a couple in the bed could see it. Just a bit odd. Also it was very poor quality of picture etc. Not the end of the world. Also the rooms need a DEEP clean. Attached is a picture of the window frame. Not enough to drive me crazy but I'm sure some people wouldn't be too happy. The four stars is for Cameron and the bed and DILLON in general because we had an absolute blast in this town!

Small but breakfast isn't to bad

I had someone actually drive me from Jackson to Dillon and I was able to get a room for the evening. (I actually ended up staying two days in order to recover.) I can't remember being that ill in my adult life! And since I was riding a bicycle (and could not get very far away from a bathroom), I could not easily get to a store to get food or medicine. That is where members of the Fairbridge staff stepped up to help me in my desperate time of need. Tonya (General Manager ) volunteered to go to the local supermarket and get me chicken noodle soup and NyQuil! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that kind gesture! Later, that same day, I figured out that I needed Pepto-Bismol to stop the other chronic symptoms I was having. I asked Ellie at the front desk if there was anyone that could help me with getting Pepto-Bismol and she graciously volunteered to get it herself. However, I had no more ready cash on me so she went to the store, got me Pepto-Bismol...at her own cost! I cannot praise these two people enough and they helped me recover and get back on the road. One footnote... I am still cycling across the United States, but I wanted to take the time to leave a review to acknowledge the fantastic staff members at the Fairbridge in Dillon and how much I am grateful for their care concern for their guests.

AC cooled the room to our liking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good (love the real oatmeal - I say no thank you to instant). The breakfast area was well stocked, clean and had ample seating. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Booked a queen room...Gave us a king and then wanted to sell us two separate air mattresses at an additional charge. After it was their mistake. Avery gave us an air mattress that had a hole in it. So naturally we asked for a new one. We were told she would go get a new one. and instead she gave us the same one with duct tape on it. So we asked for an additional one to replace it for the one that had a hole in it. We were given one with what appears to be BLOOD on it. When we brought the old one back to her, she insisted on telling us "there's nothing wrong with this one it's holding air just fine" in the most rude way. However , when you sit on it, the duct tape comes off. Dirt and left over Pringle chip packaging under the bed and the room hasn't been cleaned in a month. Management has no clue as to how to run the place. Specifically Avery has the worst customer service I think I've ever seen in the hospitality industry. She angerly says, make sure you leave us a review Avery, after the experience you gave us, of course somebody's gonna leave you a negative review... hopefully you can learn from this and change your trajectory in the hospitality industry. If your supervisor was smart they would find new help immediately. The morning staff was much more soft. Didn't have much interaction with them but what I did they where way better than Avery! Overwhelmingly disappointing stay. I typically avoid this brand due to repeated disappointment,…read morehowever, someone else provided my lodging here. At 3:30 PM, our rooms were still not ready for check in and were asked to come back in a couple hours. We finally got checked in to our rooms at 5:30. Typical sterile Motel 6 room with zero amenities. Laminate flooring with paper-thin walls and a barking dog in the room adjacent made for a frustratingly uncomfortable night. Lumpy, uncomfortable bedding, and the bathroom was in desperate need of cleaning and remodeling. Tile grout as well as the toilet is badly stained and appeared unsanitary. The towels have been washed and baked dried so many times they feel like sandpaper when drying your body. I would not recommend staying here with the higher quality options nearby in the same price range.

Had it not been after 11p, my tired family and I would have just left!…read more Maybe they changed maid service from the previous reviews...but this was the 10th Motel we've stayed in the last 2 weeks during our vacation-MANY were much older...but there's NO excuse for uncleanliness!!!! Boogers on the wall, folded washcloth with toothpaste on the inside, crumbs on the blankets, smeared dead fly on wall, spills down the side of the box spring cover, crumbs on the chair, mildew on the shower curtain, dead flies, grunge in the corners and dirt on the baseboards, cloudy residue on mirror and faucets, dirty floor in bathrooms, stuff smeared on the walls...just NO excuse-a good total deep clean of every room is on order. This is shear laziness-and something you should NEVER find in a motel/hotel!!! Yuck! And an old French fry on the night stand-OMG. I wasn't expecting the Hilton...just provide your guests a clean room, for goodness sake!!! The front desk guy was accommodating and got us a second room...but upon closer inspection, it was just as bad-many of the above mentioned were in this room, also. The manager told us it was just an "old" motel...no it's not! The 50's Motel in Bozeman rocked and you could eat off their floors! Pull your head out...get a new cleaning staff!!!! Ew AND gross!!! We will NEVER stay here again!!! The Motel 6 in Missoula was fantastic-this one gives this franchise a bad name! The whole night I laid in bed thinking of the Far Side with the guy that gets the bad case of the willies... OH...and the morning coffee in the lobby was cold at 7:30a...the final straw.
