No detail is too small for them, and no request goes unmet. The accommodations are as comfortable as any 4-star hotel, the meals as delicious as any gourmet restaurant, and the views as beautiful as a slice of heaven. And with ample meeting space for corporate groups, its the perfect setting for a team-building escape. We called management and they then disclosed that the owners friends decided to come to the home early and they couldn't kick them out due to the home already being rented. We scrambled and found another home like I said previously "day of" that would accommodate us for our trip. The cabins were comfortable in size, extremely clean, and very well set up for a Yellowstone trip. The kitchenette was especially useful for us, and having a dishwasher was a great bonus. The location really could not be beat -- it was very close to the West Yellowstone entrance, which helped us avoid a lot of traffic and made it easy to structure our days in the park. We were able to see the upper part of Yellowstone one day, the lower part another day, and then use the rest of our time to revisit and explore the places we wanted to see more deeply. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. Another nice touch was the fire pits, which they turned on around 5 p.m. each evening. It was a fun and relaxed way to meet some of the other people staying at the cabins. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Comfortable cabins, a great location, friendly staff, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommended.

It's walking distance to everything in town - shops, restaurants, groceries. It is across the street from the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center (great for a rainy day or a break from the part). You can't beat the location. It is very close to the Museum of Yellowstone. It's next door to a McDonald's (yes there is a McDonald's in West Yellowstone!). I considered getting a two-bedroom suite at the Hotel, with a full kitchen before I decided on the cabin. The cabin had a bit more space and some privacy. This stay was for 3 adults (myself, my husband, and our adult son). Cabin #17. We stayed for a week mid-September. The cabin was well maintained, and the one issue we had, was fixed the same day (while we were out of the cabin). The kitchen is small. The refrigerator is a mini-undercounter type, so don't over buy food that needs refrigeration. There is plenty of cabinet space for dry goods. There is a cooktop with two burners and a tea kettle. Perfect for quick breakfast! There is also a coffee make (drip type). Some pots and pans (see photos). Plates mugs and glasses. Full set of flatware with Openers. Cooking Utensils. Toaster. An ice maker, that was very nice and we used it. Small dishwasher. There is dining table/chairs. You have a sofa, chair, large coffee table and TV trays. The TV trays were older, very heavy and hard to negotiate. We decided to just stick with the coffee table. The beds were very comfortable (one King and one Queen). Both had closets. Bathroom had a very small vanity but several cabinets to store our stuff. Definitely only one at a time in the bathroom, just too small. The sofa is a sofa bed, but I can't imagine putting more bodies into this smaller space, even kids. Housekeeping stopped by most days and we just asked for what we needed. We didn't need much other than towels. Staff was very friendly and helpful along with the front desk staff when we checked in and out. There is a fire pit outside that gets lit every night (including when it's raining) with chairs surrounding the pit. The rooms are stocked with S'more Kits (more available at the front desk) and that was a nice touch. We did make S'mores one night! Definitely if you are traveling with kids they will enjoy the firepit and S'mores! The cabin was pricey especially since this was Shoulder not High season considering the size. However, there isn't many other options. We liked being a short walk into town, and believe it or not we even went to McDonald's!

BEWARE: Canceled Holiday Booking Raises Serious Questions About Transparency…read more Our group of 16 is now out nearly $14,000 extra because Natural Retreats canceled our confirmed Christmas booking with just two months' notice. While that's bad enough, the real issue for future travelers is the company's troubling lack of transparency. We were told the house was "sold." This isn't something that happens overnight. It leaves you with serious questions: - Did they know the property was on the market when they took our money and confirmed our booking? - Why did they fail to protect our confirmed reservation as a condition of the sale? - When we were left scrambling, why did they refuse to help cover the massive price difference for their other properties, or even make a small exception on a 5-night minimum to help us out? The entire experience felt less like an unfortunate situation and more like a calculated business decision where our family vacation was deemed acceptable collateral damage.My advice to other travelers: Before you book, ask them directly if your property is for sale and what happens if they cancel on you. Because a "confirmed" booking with this company might not mean what you think it does. If you are booking a trip that involves non-refundable flights, I would seriously reconsider.

We had one outside bed in lower living room and needed an extra bed for my son. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with a small foldable foam bed. House was well maintained and we had no complaints. One small suggestion would be if they could put out a garbage disposable outside or behind the house that can be easily identifiable. We initially struggled a bit to spot the garbage disposal box.

We had plenty of room for everyone. Of the 8 bedrooms, 6 have king size beds, and two of them have private full baths. There are 3 additional full baths for the others. The cabin itself is pretty new, so everything was clean and in working order. The location is very close to the west entrance to the park, and is convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc. I was especially impressed with the quality of the pots and pans, very nice for a rental. The cabin also has a full sized washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The WIFI was available, but I have to say it is not very fast. Considering the location, this was not too surprising. There were no problems with billing, or unexpected charges. Overall a great choice for a large party, I highly recommend this location!
