They only did the outside and when I asked him about going inside he said that is appliance issue. My husband ended up purchasing brushes on Amazon and cleaned the vent out from inside, which in turn made him have to clean it out from the outside again. Not to mention all the lint that it pushed through on the roof again. Very frustrating. I actually took a picture and emailed it to them with all the lint that was taken out but never got a response.

CM Heating Review…read more We decided to go with CM Heating for several reasons. Their reviews online were very good. I talked to my neighbors to hear what their experience was and CM Heating name was brought up a couple times as a stand out company. The sales person Amber was very professional and gave us a ton of information. She was instantly responsive when I had questions. We got 3 bids for this job. I took all the information and used AI to compare the mountain of info to get its take in the bids. Cm Heating consistently had the edge over the others. The main reason was the warranty. If you are spending a fair amount of money, you need a good warranty. All said and done CM Heating was the winner Getting an install date was a breeze. All the detail work was handled by them. The office sent me the permits to print and post. Install Day I was notified of the time they would arrive and the guys were right on time Tim and Melvin sized up the job and jumped in at full speed. Melvin worked on the furnace Tim on the Heat Pump. These guys never stopped the entire time except when my wife brought them some home made chocolate chip cookies. I was very impressed with their performance. We had questions along the way and they provided answers immediately. Great trustworthy people. By the time they were done all the areas were spotless. Obviously I made the correct decision going with CM Heating and I would highly recommend them

We've used CM for heat pump installations in two houses. Most recently, we purchased a heat pump in…read more2019. When it stopped heating in Winter (thankfully, we have back-up propane), CM quoted us $3,200 for a thermal expansion valve (TXV) replacement. They explicitly said that while the parts were covered under warranty, the labor was not. We got a second opinion -- and while the part failed, the second company pointed out that we had a 10 year parts and labor warranty (he was easily able to get to this info, which means CM should have, too -- especially since they sold it to me). I've now called CM several times to inform them that they need to cover the repair, but I've been ghosted. I assume this is likely because they can charge a higher rate for labor on a customer-pay job than they can be paid by the warranty company and are hoping I'll go to another company, but I have no proof of that. As far as I'm concerned, they sold me the unit and the warranty -- and they can do the repair. Once the warranty is over? I'll never deal with CM again.

The process was smooth, the payments were smooth, and I never felt swindled or like I didn't know what was going on. I highly recommend this business. Don't work with this company…read more After purchasing their annual maintenance plans for both our heater and air conditioner, they no-showed on three separate appointments. Why did I agree to the third appointment? Because the owner promised us a full refund PLUS $1000 if they didn't show for the last appointment. Despite them not showing for the last appointment, and sending me an email stating they would be sending me a check, it never showed up. I've tried calling, texting, and emailing them to resolve the issue, but they're definitely ignoring the problem. This was months ago, and to date, I've not received the service we paid for, received a refund, or even received a reply about the issue. We're now out hundreds of dollars, and I missed three full days of work for nothing.
