On…read morethe one hand, it wasn't super crowded like The Laundry Place, and they have the same large commercial washers for about 2 bucks cheaper a load. The ambience is lacking as all the furniture is thrift store hand me downs but there's a pool table and a Walking Dead pinball machine plus a large screen tv if bored. The two MAJOR issues I had were the complete lack of air conditioning on a 98 degree day. If anything it felt hotter inside than outside. Maybe it's on the fritz and they will fix it but I won't be back if it's hot outside. Doing the laundry is already miserable, I don't need to be dripping sweat on top of that. Also, customer service was mixed. One lady really didn't want to be there, openly complaining and angrily shouting. After she left it was fine; a younger lady who was really friendly and helpful took her place and the whole vibe of the place shifted. There is no card reader token dispenser here, so bring cash for tokens. And a portable fan. Really the only reason I'd come back is the cheaper prices and the fact that it's less than a mile from my house.

My mistake! This location feels so much safer and cleaner than local competitors. It's so nice to not have to worry about where or how you'll get your laundry clean on your few days off. Love it!

I did extra water, deep-clean cycle, extra rinse. I used borax, good detergent, oxy white stuff, and pretreated with shout. Nearly every single white item came out stained. Nearly every single one. The place was packed, kids were screaming and running around. Management was there and they said absolutely nothing. Oh, and they only have three folding tables. Ended up having to split one with a stranger. Total chaos. I went there thinking the machines were clean and modern. Big mistake. Nearly $40 and a headache later, my clothes looked tired and stained! Total regret. Never coming back.

I had a different experience here than the majority it seems. I went in yesterday and brought a…read moreking size comforter to wash. I stood there trying to figure out which washer I should use. The attendant lady saw the confused look on my face and pointed me in the right direction. I followed the directions on the washer and got to the part of adding the soap. There were 3 places it could go- where do I put it??? The attendant saved me once again and hollered "Put it in the middle one!" Im glad she kept her eye on me because clearly I was struggling. After I added the money and followed all the steps the washer didn't start. I asked the attendant- she came over and banged on the money intake part, shook the door handle, and away the comforter went to cleanliness. That washer was $5.50 plus $1.00 for soap. It took about 30 minutes to wash. I used the dryer right next to that washer, which was .25 for about 5 minutes. I put the comforter in their for 20 minutes. It wasn't completely dry when I pulled it out but it was good enough. From a price point, this was significantly cheaper than when I took this comforter to the dry cleaners ($40). Also, I thought the lady was super helpful. When I went to make change, I also saw the sign that says if you're not doing laundry, you can't use the change machine. It makes sense to me that this would be a service solely for those using the laundry mat. The lady let me know that the change machine would take a $20 and give two $5 bills back with the rest quarters. That worked out for me. Overall, I'm glad I found a cheaper alternative for washing my comforter and after I went through it once, I'll know what I'm doing next time.

Spent 6 hours washing clothes that their machines made smell rancid. They told me if I used vinegar…read morethat it would take care of the smell. I had to go to the dollar store to buy the vinegar even though the attendants were here and knew that their machine made my clothes smell. The $11.25 washer door sensor wouldn't let the washer start, had to move to another washer after I paid for the wash. Showed them a picture of the error light that said "door" and she said it was because the door was open. Of course it was because I had to move my clothes and it was empty. Place was dirty with mice turds on the floor. Told another customer that a washer had hardly any water in it because it was an efficiency washer which was a complete lie. You could see the clothes barely got wet, then blamed it on the gym next door was using water. Attendants were completely rude and moved my handicap daughter's walker so they could sweep instead of asking her. In and out so fast they didn't care that I had been sitting here 5 hours already trying to get the smell out of my clothes. BTW vinegar didn't work. Threw away the clothes.

No, the husband was not in the suit at the time. I was reorganizing and hung the suit on a doorknob for five seconds (seriously, FIVE seconds)! The folks at VC told me the suit would have to be laundered first because dry cleaning would set the odor in. They told me it might shrink, but they'd do it in cold. I had no choice but to let them do their best. And their best was perfect! Husband is none the wiser. The second challenge was my oldest son's weighted blanket. It's WHITE and came with a duvet cover. My apartment-dwelling genius offspring spilled food on it, removed the duvet, and never replaced it. A YEAR later, he calls to ask how to wash the blanket. The details are grim, so I'll just share that this poor weighted blanket was so filthy I didn't think it could be white again. Victoria cleaners did it, though! Looks like new. I don't know how, but they did it. They are miracle workers, in my opinion.

LOST WEDDING DRESS AND RECEIVED SOMEONE ELSE'S! I cannot…read morerecommend Executive Cleaners OR Victoria Cleaners after the experience I had with them. What should have been a simple process of cleaning and preserving my wedding dress and veil turned into six months of repeated mistakes, delays, and unnecessary stress. Background: Executive Cleaners is owned by Victoria Cleaners. There was no manager at Executive for me to work with, so I was repeatedly sent to this Victoria location. February 2026: I dropped off my wedding dress and veil to be cleaned and preserved after my wedding at Executive Cleaners. March 2026: I picked up the preserved dress for the first time, only to discover that the inventory sheet did not list a veil in the box. The manager at Victoria Cleaners went back and forth with me for an entire week about whether the veil was actually inside. I was eventually asked to bring the box back so they could break the seal and check. There was no veil. I was told the dress and veil would be sent back to be properly preserved. June/July 2026: I received a message that my dress was ready again. I went to pick it up at Executive and was told there was actually nothing there. Since I was moving at the end of July, I made it very clear that I needed my dress back before then. Near the end of July, I finally received another call saying my dress was ready. When I arrived, the inventory sheet still did not list my veil. Victoria Cleaners contacted the preservation facility, which insisted that no veil had ever been sent. I was then told to open the sealed box myself because the veil was probably inside and simply hadn't been documented on the inventory sheet. When I opened the box, there was no veil. And then I discovered something even worse: THE DRESS INSIDE THE BOX WAS NOT EVEN MY WEDDING DRESS. I had been given someone else's wedding dress. I would have never known this if I hadn't broken the seal and physically removed the dress from the box to see and feel it. At that point, the manager was unable to locate my dress and had to involve the owner of Victorias and Executive. Update as of August 2026: After all of this, the manager finally located my dress and mailed it back to me. I finally have my own wedding dress back! After six months, countless phone calls, multiple mistakes, delays, and an incredible amount of stress, I finally have my own wedding dress back. I also still have not received the reimbursement check for the preservation that I was promised back in March after the dress was incorrectly preserved the first time. My wedding dress is incredibly sentimental to me, and having to repeatedly worry about whether it was lost, improperly handled, or potentially given to someone else was an experience I would never wish on another bride. Save yourself the headache, stress, and hassle. I strongly recommend using another company for something this important.
