    Nine months ago, I had an excellent review. Today is a different story. Last Friday I bought my…read morehair color that I've been purchasing from them 7-00and 8-00. The next morning I colored my hair for an event and when I opened the box for 7-00, it was half a tube of 6-00.Easy mistake. They have a hair salon next-door could've happened. I can see how it can happen. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is how Michelle, the buyer/manager treated me. When I first called her up, I asked to speak to the manager and she said the manager was not in and that she's the buyer she could help me. I told her the story, she said, you cannot return used hair color. I said, it's not a color I used. It's an incorrect color in the tube that I purchased. She said bring it in. I'll match the number with my inventory number and if it's there, I'll take care of you. I was a little frustrated and annoyed at that but I'm like OK. I couldn't go in until Tuesday. And she was not in. The person behind the counter (very nice ) took a picture of the product and my receipt and said she was sending the picture right then and a message. So I left. ***note*** it was at this time that I asked the person behind the counter if Michelle, was the buyer and the manager, and she said yes. *** I come back the next day, Thursday. So I call before heading in. Once again, I asked to speak to the manager and she wants to know who's calling. So, I asked to speak to the buyer, and she's ready to talk. Then, I tell her I'm the one who her associate sent the hair color box and my receipt. And it's frustrating because she acts like she has zero idea what this is about but then immediately says it did not match my inventory number. So that upset me. And I tell her, " that's not true" and she says well you only bought 800. And I said no, if you look at my receipt, it shows I bought two colors!! Now,I'm very frustrated because the finger is being pointed at me and I'm the customer!! I have been calling now three times to resolve this issue. And in her tone, she says how she's not trying to give me a hard time, and I said it seems like you are. And then she says come into the store. We're open from whatever to whatever and hangs up. I get to the store and she is there. I say are you Michelle the buyer, and she says yes. I said I'm the one who's trying to return the color. And she acts like she has no idea, again, about what I'm talking about. So, one more time I have to tell her the entire story. And she knows it. I know she knows. She's not dumb. She is the manager and the buyer. She's capable. She's just playing some kind of terrible game with a customer who's trying to resolve a $13 issue. And that is how I feel. And this is why I won't be returning to the store again and why I had her remove my points that I had and the ability to earn points. I deleted the app. I will never go to the store again because of her, Michelle, the manager, that she does not want to admit that she is. And the buyer She could not have been more rude to me if she tried! Her whole tone, her demeanor, her handling of the products, her body language, her look at me. It was just not a good thing to happen for a $13 product. Of which I had the box and the receipt for. And I brought in the other box that I purchased. And before I left, I raised my voice and I said you are so rude. You're not a nice person and she said I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry she kept saying that. I'm like you're not sorry, you could've handled this differently. You're rude. Your customer service is terrible. the whole time she kept saying, I'm sorry. And I left. As I was walking out, she yells FORGIVE AND FORGET. And I replied, I will forgive, but I'm never gonna forget. And sadly, I won't. And I liked the store. They had great product. There is another lady that was there, that was always very nice. But if a little mistake happens, their buyer/ manager is not the person to resolve that issue. She is horrible. I cannot say that enough.

    I've driven by this place hundreds of times, and I've FINALLY walked in. I wish I'd done it…read moresooner!! Found a hair product that is NEVER sold at CVS and now that Rite Aid is closing down, they hardly have any products at all!! This hair product is good for adding color and more substance to an area of your head that you feel needs some help. There are different shades which is great. The price is reasonable and lasts quite a while. I walked around a little, and looked at similar products, but the price was higher. Since I had some time, I explored the store and found many beauty products. the prices seem reasonable. Some of the stuff looked a little old so I would recommend checking for the expiration date. Plenty of free parking in a large shared lot.

I now rent two chairs at a upscale salon. I am 62 and work full time and have a busy life. Everytime I would use the online ordering on the website it would be in the wee hours. I would take over an hour because their system is not user friendly. The last time which was a few months ago after fighting with their website three nights for an hour each i gave up . It would only allow me to buy ONE of most of the items I wanted and I had too many in my cart, Most likely a glitch because I would assume they'd have more than one of 20 different items I needed. I had a coupon which would save me FORTY dollars off $200. A few days later I went to the store and my checkout was well over hundreds of dollars. I was told the coupon expired a few days before. She said there was nothing she could do , to call the office. I did that. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and when I finally talked to a rep she said there was nothing she could do. I told her it was the principle at this point, I could shop down the street at their competitor a half mile away. She said she would have someone contact me. They called and asked for the number on the coupon. Funny, she couldnt even find it. Then she asked for me to upload and send it. Which I did. I received a call saying there was nothing they could do. My guess is an incompetent office worker, just like most of their incompetent store workers. Typically I have more inventory than the store which if you hit it right stocks only a few of each item. Frustrating, but it had always been my go to. NOT anymore. I only go if I need something SALON CENTRIC does not carry. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgable and I wish I went there long ago. Their prices are cheaper on so many things and they are stocked. I spend thousands per year on supplies and retail products. I only wish I gave the past thousands elsewhere also. I do have a customer rep who checks in occasionly because I typically always liked to do it myself, because when she does it, theres always a problem with what the warehouse packs. I would receive wrong items all the time. Done with being frustrated. They lost alot of business for a $40 coupon!
