The office is immaculate and the techs pretty friendly. Dr. Mana is a ROCKSTAR in the field of dermatology. Knows her stuff and a brilliant diagnostician. She was quick, thorough, personable and had many suggestions for curing a few other issues with my skin I had no idea would be future problems. Her treatment cured me in 3 weeks, I was tossed around for 4 months suffering bad results from different docs with zero results. Not with her, she cured me. I would highly recommend her to the discerning patient. The only thing I think needs improvement in her bedside manner is that she should suggest a generic Rx along with what she initially prescribes, because there are those of us on a fixed income. The rooms and waiting areas were clean. The staff were friendly and always accommodating if I needed to reschedule my appointment. For my consultation, you complete a series of documents such as medical history and so on. On your appointment time, you'll meet with the nurse who discussed with you on what area you wish to have hair removal, costs, and process. They will give you a prescription for lidocane which you will put on the area that will be laser. It was much appreciated to have it on my legs in the area of my legs that were sensitive which was mainly the bony areas. An hour before your appointment, you apply the cream and wrap in plastic wrap. Once you arrive for your appointment, they will put you in a room and give you a towel to wipe off the cream. They will exam your skin & hair and determine which setting will be appropriate for you. The process for laser hair removal on my legs was quick- approximately 30 or less minutes. After they are done, they will offer aloe and send you on your way. I am pleased with my results. I am not shaving my legs everyday like I was doing.

My sister wanted to test out a product on display, as she was…read moretesting it out, she sat her car keys on the stand and because the stand had a giant ass hole in the middle of it, the keys fell into the hole. A young lady who worked there approached us and asked us if we needed help. She kindly went to get her manager (I'm assuming) the manager walked up to us and asked my sister "what were you doing?" To which my sister responded and explained that the keys fell into the stand and we couldn't get to them. The younger lady was very kind about the entire thing. They had to use a screwdriver to open up the stand and retrieve the keys. After we got them back my sister thanked them and also apologized for the inconvenience. The younger lady was sweet and said no problem but the older lady (the manager) rolled her eyes and didn't say a word. Next time just give us the damn screw driver and we will get them ourselves. It's one thing to be annoyed but another to be rude. Maybe fix the displays so stuff like that doesn't happen in the future thanks.
