I've been going to this location since the summer and my brows always come out awesome! These ladies truly know what they are doing and are always warm and welcoming. Thier prices are pretty competitive to waxing at my local nail salon, but I'll tell ya, threading lasts twice as long (at least for me) and the redness around my eyebrows is much less than with wax. Beautiful shop, wonderful staff. The ladies here are always very welcoming and helpful. The shop's wall color is a gorgeous purple/lavender. Went there today for the first time and had I think her name is Mini? thread my eyebrows. She listened as I told her my preference (which is just to keep my natural shape and to keep them fairly thick and not anorexic looking!) She took note of what I had told her and was very personable. I was so happy with the results--my brows have never looked so good! Even my husband said, "Wow, that looks great!" and he never gets too impressed(!) I've had my eyebrows waxed many times before and even threaded one other time--but, I've never felt really happy with the results or that I was really listened to as the results would be too thin or what not...I def. recommend this place and will be back! Decided to come in while waiting for the stores to open up. I have been needing to get my eyebrows done but just haven't been able to make it out to my usual spot. My eyebrows are just naturally thin and I explained to Kuldeep that I wanted them to look a little thicker. People have messed up my eyebrows over the years by making them thinner than they already are so I try to tell everyone to keep them thicker. I am very pleased with Kuldeep's threading and she even gave me some suggestions on how to help my eyebrows grow. Afterwards, she used a stencil and eyebrow powder to fill in my eyebrows. Overall, I am happy with my experience with Kuldeep. I wouldn't mind driving to Folsom from Elk Grove just to have Kuldeep do my eyebrows again, plus I can do a little shopping while I'm out there. read more

A friend and I were shopping around the outlet stores and walked here because I needed to get my eyebrows done. I've had threading done before and for the most part the ladies that have done my eyebrows have been nice and informative. I will say that when I finally got my eyebrows done a very nice lady by the name of Kuldeep helped me. She talked to me about the shape of my eyebrows and what she can do for me. She was horrified that I had them waxed because the lady that waxed my eyebrows made them too thin. I agreed with Kuldeep and she recommended that I never get waxed again and that she can help fix the damage done to my eyebrows. She made me laugh a little and I appreciated her honesty. She let me kniw that I can be back in 3 weeks and they will look even better. I always believed that i had to go back in a two week time frame, so it was nice to know. When she was done with my eyebrows she added some eyebrow color to fill in the little bits of missing hair (yup it was from my previous wax). She did it for free. I looked in the mirror and was in love with what she did!! I've never seen my eyebrows look so good and even! Kuldeep let me know about their rewards system and she gave me my rewards card. I also asked her about the eyebrow color and she let me know what stencil she used and what color. She instructed me on what to do and all this was done without her trying to push any product or service on me. I'd love to come back and have her help me again! read more

I purchased a Yelp special to try this eye brow threading craze one more time. I had the worst experience almost 15 years ago which caused fear in me to try it again. Since I've tried this(last year) it's been 6 months to date that I can't stop! LOL. I came into the Folsom Outlets location (which they have numerous locations in Sacramento for convenience) and Jasvir and Kuldeep were very welcoming and informative. They both are very nice ladies who educate you on the experience and also the maintenance. They made sure I was relaxed through the process and continue to do so every time I see them. Stopped on a whim Saturday morning because my eyebrows were desperately needing some shape. Mini was friendly, professional, and very thorough! I find threading to be a tad more painful than waxing in general but i have pretty sensitive skin and tend to break out with wax. The best way I can explain getting threaded is almost like shaving without shaving cream. Bearable pain at best. Tears were shed on my part. I'm a wimp though. Mini consulted with me on what I wanted and I definitely appreciated that! She went to town and in less than 10 minutes my brows were shaped! She asked if I normally fill in my brows with makeup and if I wanted her to do it free of charge. I was just running errands today so I opted out but it was a nice offer! They have a loyalty points system so for every dollar spent a point is earned! I took advantage of the yelp check in discount and got 2 bucks off! I'll definitely be back for her work! read more

Love this place. Dont live in the area, but when we are around, we make it a point to visit and get our eyebrows done. I used to have hugely bushy eyebrows, but thanks to age, my eyebrows have thinned a lot (no, I never over plucked them, I have always enjoyed a natural looking shape). However, my boyfriend has some bushy eyebrows. This place does wonders by shaping and trimming his mass eyebrows. They are quick and do a great job. read more

It was a horrible experience. I went and set 2 appointments for my gf and I while shopping at the outlet stores. Throughout the day while shopping at the outlet stores I went to check if any of the appointments before me had been canceled because the employee was sleeping on the couch and alone for hours. The employee had stated that no one had canceled but they were no shows. I respected her rules and decided to come back on my appointment time. When I came back to my appointment time she had just begun working on someone who got there late. That really got me upset! I respect rules and policies but also expect them to be used all the way across with everyone instead of singling out someone! read more
