I asked for my eyebrows to be threaded, beauty by thread is the only place I've gotten my eyebrows done for years. I went to this location and now I'm embarrassed to go out with my eyebrows looking the way they do. I asked for a specific shape and she didn't know what she was doing at all. She made them straight with absolutely no shape at all and I asked her 3 different times to fix them. The fact I had to pay for a horrible service was infuriating. So I'd like to start off by saying that this was my first eyebrow threading experience to date, I was fairly confident about going in because it was recommended by some friends and I figured why not. That was just the beginning of my problems. I decided to stop by this week and met with Mandy who was not very welcoming while speaking in her native language with her co workers, I felt a bit uncomfortable just standing there ignored but never the less I kept a positive attitude. my eyebrows were absolutely thrashed. I had presentations at work all week and had to live with the embarrassment of redness /cuts under my eyebrows during all of it, Not to mention the pain I endured. Id also like to mention that my threader was not hygienically up to par, I normally would not mention this but the foul odor and smell was strong and I could not get past it, I had begun the threading already so I had to endure. Just an absolute nightmare of an experience. Sorry beauty by thread I will stick with European wax center. I will not be returning. read more

I came here to get my eyebrows done...I have very uneven eyebrows where I normally get that done (florin rd) so I came here in hopes that they can not only clean them up but even them out (I have been here before and they did amazing in threading my whole face). I made an appointment today thru the app, had no idea only one lady was working. She very quickly informed me of their sanitation policies, and asked me to sanitize my hands before she sat me. Mandy was very kind and polite, she expressed to me what it's been like working there thru the pandemic and it sounds tough. Mandy is the only one at this location currently. So people, please be kind. It's not hard at all, and being rude and demanding isn't going to help you get your way. But I was thrilled with the job Mandy had done, and enjoyed our interaction and I will happily return to her, she's seriously great. read more

Mandy was super sweet and gave great suggestions on my shape and care of my eyebrows. She was incredibly welcoming and the location was calming even with a lot of shoppers outside. I was surprised how calming it was compared to the mall locations. Mandy did my upper lip so quick and without pain- I was thankful for that. I came in this evening and there were 2 staff who were each working on a client and no one else in the store. One staff said "hi" when I walked it. I'm a usual client to beauty by thread but not to this exact one. So I put my name and service on the list and there was no one ahead and sat down. 2 other ladies walked in after me and asked about the wait and a staff said an hour! So I got up confused since no one said anything to me about waiting that long. Once I got up they said it would be 30-40 minutes of a wait. I still left and won't be back to this location.I would have really appreciated that communication of a wait for that time, as I can understand that people make appointments. I got my eyebrows threaded here after finding it via Yelp. Yes, guys can get their eyebrows threaded too! Haha. They were all very nice, and there was no wait time. I've been here a few times now and they're pretty consistent. I'm always pleased with the results. I don't have a go-to person and I never have an appointment, but that's never been an issue. Eyebrow threading is only $10 and they have a loyalty program where you receive a free service after 10 visits. I'm pretty much used to getting my eyebrows threaded so it doesn't hurt much but if it's your first time, it might sting a bit. read more
