As a J Beverly Hills verified stylist, I know I am getting taken care of by a professional. I have finicky hair, very thick and wiry curls. Lillian and her stylists have been able to tame my hair and show me how I can mimic the results at home. I have seen reviews that paint Lillian or her staff as being terrible to customers, but as someone who frequents this salon, I have seen an interaction or two between Lillian, a staff member, and an entitled client. The clients who I have seen causing a scene or claiming issue with their hair are clients who come in with severely damaged hair or unrealistic expectations for the styling session without the proper hair to make the magic happen. You can't walk in to the salon with heavily damaged/dyed hair and expect to not have the dead hair cut off and the color corrected. You can't go from one dyed extreme to another, that's just not how hair works. You also can't bully her or her staff. Stylists aren't servants. I have always seen Lillian and her staff handle themselves as professionals, and I have always been impressed with this. I always look forward to another visit to Lillian Lees.

She was very nice and friendly. Offered me a tea, hanged my coat, and lead me to the seat. I Showed her the style I wanted and it came out pretty good. The only part I didn't like was they wash my hair prior to my cut instead of after. So I had to go home and washed it again because all the cut/loosen hair was in between.
