I had a peel and a collagen skin tightening treatment with Angelica. The peel results were instant, leaving me with glowing skin. The collagen treatment kicked in about a week after and I was surprised when I saw continued improvement with each passing week for the next few weeks. I knew I'd be back and happy to pay regular pricing from their monthly specials. I recently went back for Botox on my forehead & 11's - it's been two and a half weeks and I'm beyond pleased with the results. It was my first time having Botox here. My nurse was Maria - knowledgeable, precise with a natural talent for aesthetic. Her application was flawless and the results were natural and exactly what I was hoping for. She also took the time to answer my questions and explain thoroughly when asked recommendations for other skin treatments. I'm so happy I found Laser Gentle! :) If it's your first time, you'll be greeted by Valerie who, if you're interested, will take the time to review services and come up customized treatment package options. This place gets 5 bright stars from me. It's exactly what you expect when going to a med spa - sleek, serene, knowledgeable staff and successful results.

I drove by Milan and remembered the place by thinking about "Italy" and "milano cookies" and then decided to drop in at a later date. It turned out my pro con analysis lead me a purchase a few services same day, and I am so glad I did! I love my results and after only one treatment, which didn't hurt as I was expecting, there is significant hair removal and less regrowth. Perhaps it's just my physiology. In any case, I might be purchasing just one more treatment (!) and it will be hugely useful for me especially as I enter my 40s and get so busy I don't have time to shave. This is a great time and opportunity for me to have found these services. I like the medical professionalism and the background knowledge the nurses all have about the procedure. Each of my treatments have been pleasant and comfortable. It's really clean and efficient. I come once every 5 weeks because that is the hair growth cycle length, and stay for around 30 minutes to get my laser treatment. Monthly payments directly charged to my card are helpful too and not too unreasonable. There are great promotions going on now too like 60% off everything they offer because of an anniversary special. I suggest to go for it! Especially if you are young like me. It's a great investment in our futures to get so much time back to enjoy life with family and make wonderful memories.

I had a medical facial at Skin Tight Medspa in Natick. Ariana was the esthetician that did my…read morefacial and she used a tool that exfoliated the skin and removed blackheads. However afterwards, I noticed some dark marks across my nose and I contacted Arianna, she said to wait 2 weeks and they should go away. After 2 weeks, the marks did not go away I called the Natick tightspa location and wanted to speak with Ariana to get more information about it. I spoke with Tiffany, the director who answered the phone. She said I had to send a picture first, when she received the picture, she stated it is very difficult to say when and how the marks occurred and it did not come from the spa. I then sent a picture prior to the facial which does not show the dark scars across my nose. I am very disappointed with Tiffany's response. I expected better customer service and response especially from a director but instead she basically disclaimed any responsibility or assistance. My prior photos before the medical facial did not show the dark scars across my nose. After I sent this photo I did not even receive a response. An explanation or possible solution on how the marks could be improved would've been a better response to a customer than the defensive posture of non-responsibility which shows unprofessionalism, defensiveness, poor customer service and indifference towards the customer. Nor did Tiffany offer to have Ariana speak with me to assist. I would not recommend going to this location because if this is an example of how they handle issues when they arise. I do not expect Tiffany the director to do anything to improve or assist with the situation except to disclaim responsibility and to ignore the situation.
