The table service was good too, they brought the food right to our table once it was cooked. The Baba Ganesh was very sweet, maybe a bit too sweet, but I dipped my spinach and cheese pie in it and then it was such a delicious blend of creamy! Cheesy and creamy goes well together. Overall the food was great! And the large quantity of it is worth the amount it cost, plus it's fantastic.

The restaurant itself is not very bright inside, there's a few tables inside but it was full at lunch time. Take out works as the food holds up well to travel. The service is super friendly and warm. I ordered the beef shawarma platter with tabouli salad and hummus and pita for about $10 after tax. It's a massive lunch but I managed to finish the entire plate in 20 minute intervals. The meat was a bit dried out, guess it was roasting a little too long. And I didn't find the meat to be as flavourful as I had hoped. But it was still good. I LOVED the tabouli - I'd say the best one I've ever had. It is packed with flavours and the citrus helps cut out the heaviness of the meat and hummus. I'd go back and just order a plate of the tabouli. The hummus was garlicky and pureed very smoothly. I got two big pieces of pita bread to enjoy all that hummus. The kebab platter came with 6 kebabs, rice, tabouli, hummus and 2 pieces of pita bread. The rice is deliciously flavoured and the kebabs were a tad dry but had great flavour to it. I would've liked some hot sauce to go with it, it was take out so I added some sriracha from home which made it even more delicious! I like their falafels as well as it was a very generous sized ball (a little smaller than a baseball). Very light inside. The spinach pie is a pretty big enclosed pita with spinach and cheese inside for $3. Delicious and not greasy at all. The only con if you're not dining in, is finding parking on Ellice Ave during lunch time. Otherwise, great place for a very satisfying meal.

I see them giving poor people freebies like a free can of soda once in awhile. That's why I chose to stop here a couple of times and when I bought the Falafel wrap and was able to customize it with lettuce and pink beets and onions and garlic sauce plus tzatziki sauce I was extremely happy and filled with gratitude and joy. The regular wrap size was big enough and the correct portion for me. Overall it was very delicious! The restaurant has comfy seats and I think it's quite nice.

Friendly and courteous service at the counter and at the table if need be. Their menu has variety though I'm only there for the wraps and occasional potatoes -I highly recommend btw, yum- but for those of whom have a more epicurean fascination, apposition is available. Ahh yes, consume to the reverberations of contemporary culture with a tad of mainstream. I've also met the Khan, all the charisma of a veggie somosa. The best kind in my opinion. I've been around for the Graham and campus locations and glad to see they're still there. Yeah, we've been through it and if I ever had anything to say... This is my homage.

Green pepper, and small bits of herbs plus coleslaw and garlic sauce made this calzone super yummy and different. I've never had anything like this on the other side of Canada. I wish there were bigger pieces of vegetables in there like tomatoes and other vegetables etc. Maybe next time I can ask them to add cheese to it. They have other types of items at this location but mostly meat-y things.

One of the most horrible places to eat or takeout in Winnipeg…read more Starting from the low, barely paid staff. This place's owners pay their staff whenever they feel like it. Tips are usually taken by the owners and nothing goes to staff. Air conditioning, heating, and ventilation are not available because the owners do not want to fix them. They also don't provide heaters because it's "too expensive" to keep their staff and customers warm in Winnipeg's winter. This is utter disrespect to their employees. The place also lacks the minimum level of hygiene and lacks the tools to be used for cleaning. You can easily spot rats' poop and cockroaches all over the place. Yet again, the owners are too cheap to get someone to do proper cleaning. The owners don't also mind using spoiled chicken and beef for their daily operations. THEY ALSO DON'T MIND USING NON-HALAL MEAT AND SELL IT AS HALAL. Simply, don't waste your money making irresponsible, disrespectful people rich.
