Tried the Iced Minty Matcha from the Beaurista Coffee at the Hoag Classic. It was tasty, heavy on the milk and not enough matcha. Service was nice. Look forward to try other drinks and hope the beverage experience is better.

Love this coffee cart! I work next door and order almost daily--always get a cortado or cold brew with cold foam. Quality is consistent and better than a lot of the local coffee shops. The staff is always kind and remembers names/orders too. 10/10

Great coffee and even better service. They have some of the best Chai I have ever had, the matcha cloud is also highly recommended. Please give these guys a try, lovely employees and even better drinks.

Menu was limited but good selection! Caramel miso was good- not overly sweet. I got the tiramisu cold foam on my latte super yummy

Objectively great coffee. The crew here really knows and loves the craft. Syrups are homemade which really elevate the drinks to another level. First time I went, got a vanilla + mint cold foam on top of my latte that blew my socks off. Ask for it if you come by. Today, got a honey and cinnamon latte and a matcha cloud for the wife.

Such a cute little trailer coffee bar! The vanilla latte was delicious... perfectly balanced and smooth and the customer service was warm and friendly. Definitely a spot I'd come back to

iced vanilla matcha latte with oat milkand iced vanilla latte with regular milk

Unfortunately the drinks weren't good. Ordered an iced vanilla matcha latte with oat milk and an iced vanilla latte with regular milk. The matcha didn't taste like matcha at all more just milk and the latte didn't have a good coffee flavor. For the price of the drinks (17.24 before tip) i was expecting it to be at least decent unfortunately we didn't try the drinks till we already left the parking lot area and didn't wanna go back and the drinks we left sitting after a few sips. On the bright side both employees there were really nice and there is plenty of parking as it's located in the parking lot of a golf center

Iced decaf with tiramisu cold foam and grated chocolate! (Photo taken after the first "whoa" sip so full top is missing).

I have a weekly drop off at the Del Mar Golf Center so when the Beaurista Coffee Truck first arrived, I was curious, but was hesitant as I'm always rushing around with kids, and also wondering if 5pm is too late in the day for a cup of coffee. Thankfully, a trip and a bunch of recommendations from the center's shop led me to finally try it out and I'm SO glad I did! Michael at the truck is a wealth of coffee knowledge who helped me select a beautifully boxed bag of beans to take home and brew. Being the only coffee drinker in my home, he assured me Coffee Snob is a fool proof brew and also sold me on the beans being a natural roast. I was even more surprised when he told me my purchase came with a free drink right then and there, so I went with another recommendation of his and the staff, and tried their iced decaf (since it was 5pm after all and he said the decaf could actually be better than regular) with tiramisu cold foam (the pro shop workers said I couldn't go wrong with their tiramisu cold foam - that is if you like tiramisu). I do, and it was AMAZING. At first sip, my reaction was "whoa" and my son commented to my fam that night, "mommy got a REALLY good cup of coffee today. I think that was her favorite part of today." :) I hosted a breakfast two days later where I served their Coffee Snob via French press and Michael was right. It was so smooth and delicious. With an array of creamers offered, most everyone enjoyed it black. I've also brewed it with a single pour over since then, and it's just as good. I reported my appreciation to the the truck last weekend and asked for another recommendation to try, and had a hot lemon loaf flat white and it too was amazing. It's something I would never even think or know how to make, so it truly was a treat. I spend a lot of my time after work in the car and I know I'm not alone. IYKYK. It's become the running joke in my family that my new favorite day to drive is Tuesday because of the coffee. I drive a "latte". This is not a lie nor am I a paid sponsor. To say that I'm SO happy this gem of a truck popped up on my weekly mom-mobile route is an understatement. The fact that it's convenient and supporting a local business, all bonuses.

I had such a great experience here! The caramel espresso Michael made was incredible, perfectly balanced, smooth, and not overly strong or overpowering. The flavor was honestly amazing and stood out from most places I've tried. You can tell a lot of care goes into the drinks. I can't wait to come back and try more!

This would have been an average San Diego coffee shop experience for me, except for the fact that I absolutely LOVED the cherry bomb! It's a cherry mocha and essentially a perfect drink for me. Back in 2019, Starbucks had a seasonal cherry mocha for Valentine's Day that I was obsessed with. Apparently I was the only one, because they haven't brought it back since. Cherry mochas are hard to come by, and I haven't really encountered another one. This one was delicious! The espresso was bold, the milk perfectly creamy, and the overall taste not too sweet (unlike Starbucks'). Wow!! I can already tell this will be a drink I daydream about. Unfortunately it was $7.50, which will prevent me from indulging very regularly. The rest of the menu is pricey too, with avocado toasts nearly reaching $20. (I may be a millennial, but I can certainly understand the negative stereotype when I see coffee shop prices like these.) Besides pricing, the other downside of this place is the limited seating. There were only 4 small outdoor tables, so unless you're with just one other person and you arrive before 10am, I'd suggest grabbing your coffee to go and taking a walk. My friend and I sat down, since there were open tables when we arrived. She enjoyed her iced honey cinnamon latte. If you love a cherry mocha or are looking for coffee in the design district, definitely come through!

Instead of treating customers with even basic courtesy, she was annoyed that anyone was there. A simple question was met with a nasty attitude, and the interaction left us feeling completely unwelcome. I saw her speak to other customers in the same manner, so it wasn't just us. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't any better. It was poorly made, tasted burnt and bitter, and wasn't worth finishing. For a coffee shop, that's the one thing that should be done well. There are plenty of other local cafés where you'll be treated with respect and get a much better cup of coffee. Only draw is the bunnies, who I really hope Samantha treats with more care and kindness than she does her customers; I honestly am concerned for their wellbeing after experiencing how Samantha treats people.

We each got to order a pot of tea, so we decided to order 5 different ones to try out more flavors together. The ones we picked were: -Jasmine orange oolong - Coconut milk green tea - Earl grey lavender - Vanilla cream -Strawberry rose champagne oolong tea My top two favorites were the jasmine orange oolong and the coconut milk green tea. The only flavor that none of us enjoyed was the strawberry rose champagne oolong tea, so when it came time for refills, we switched it to the rouge provence. For the food, there were four finger sandwiches: chicken breast, smoked salmon, cucumbers, and chopped spinach. We all liked the chicken breast one the most, and felt like the cucumbers and chopped spinach could have been combined into one sandwich for a more balanced flavor. For sweets, there was the seasonal scone, fruit tart, macaron, and donut. I loved the scone with the butter and fruit preserves, as well as the fruit tart. The service was polite, but a bit slow and we waited a while before our food arrived. There was only one person who was serving the entire afternoon tea area, so it's understandable that there's a longer wait. All in all, I would definitely come back for another afternoon tea experience!
