My first experience both dining in AND picking up an order at bEATS was a five-star experience. Minah greeted me and was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, along with Stephanie--both were attentive, sweet, and made me feel comfortable right away. My waitress, Mary, was also wonderful: very nice, informative, and happy to answer my questions about the restaurant. Steven was also very helpful. He's constantly cleaning and making sure everythings perfect. Overall, the service was phenomenal, the food was good, and the drinks were absolutely amazing. A few days ago, I decided to be adventurous and go eat at Beats. I was a bit lost at the kiosk and wasn't sure what to eat, but this wonderful young lady Jasmin saw I was confused and came up to help me. She kindly helped me out and gave me great recommendations all with a smile. I ended up getting the kimchi fries and cheesecake, and both were delicious. She even went above and beyond by bringing my order right to my table and making sure my order was correct. After I finished eating, I decided to order a drink. She recommended the Orange Dream Dirty Soda, which was amazing! When I go back, I would love for her to help me again! read more

The food was very poor, I ordered shrimp chow mien the noodles were overcooked ,soggy and extremely salty, making them inedible. but even worse was the manager, he argued with the customer which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. he made the situation even more disappointing. So much potential. Great staff. Everyone was so friendly and upbeat. Alfred went out of his way to make sure our first time experience was enjoyable. His smile and service were definitely top notch. Since my last review, I've had a couple more visit. I had something else from the menu that I never tried: the ramen (also got the naan quesadilla which is one of my favorite dishes from bEATs). The ramen was so disappointing. It's basically Nong Shim ramen with some bean sprouts, bok choy, and a couple slices of meat. You can tell that they didn't wash the bean sprouts because washed bean sprouts and non-washed bean sprouts have very different taste. I'm not really sure what I had expected but definitely not packaged ramen. Ambiance was lackluster without all the hoopla of the grand opening or concerts. I do have to say that they keep this place SPOTLESS and clean. Service is also 3/5 which I think is pretty typical of the casino. Some of the workers can be super rude and some can be super friendly. Nothing in between. I experienced both today. Also from my own experience I think it's probably better to buy it to go and then bring the food inside to eat. Seems like you'll get your food faster. There's literally no difference in how they package the food etc other than you either pick it up from a person or through the locker. But my experience in ordering dine in, it takes longer. read more

And when you order wings with extra sauce you would think there'd be extra sauce not completely dry. And missing my orders of fries when ordering. Make sure to order your fries separately. Not added you're ordering a sandwich because they'll charge you for it, but they won't give you any of the fries. Here I Go Again, I'm eating the chicken club and like I said in a prior review it is the best chicken club sandwich that I've had in my entire life!!!! It's so delicious and a good size sandwich!!! I usually like to save half for later. And of course the service is really great!!! I was helped by an employee named Isaac and he was so nice, asking me if everything was okay and went to get a bag for me and just super friendly and great customer service!!! And as usual I love the ambiance and there is a band up there doing some practice sessions and it just sounded fantastic!!! I love this place and I've already had the queso birria tacos, the panko crusted grilled cheese and this chicken club sandwich. I was there earlier this evening around 4pm. I waited 45 minutes before asking about my food. I asked the bartender if they can just cancel my order because my dad was waiting in the car. He than went to the back and brought out a bag and it was wrong, the young lady took it and came out with wrong item, it was cold and no chicken. I stopped to speak to 2 supervisor on the way out and no one could help me. I called customer service on my way out as that what I was told, spoke to Lola that told me go back over there I got home and the food was Awful no shrimp only noddles and very salty Disappointed is a understatement for sure read more
