Food and drinks were very good i had a pastrami fries and a pineapple smoothie with cream on top and a cherry. The atmosphere inside was outstanding, plenty of tables and a stage for performance. I had the pleasure to be served by Lissa, the bartender. She was so wonderful, attentive, and SMILED! Smiling may seem trivial, but I assure you it is not. There are too many servers who are just there and not enjoying their job. Lissa took the time to acknowledge me when I sat down, another thing that rarely happens at bars. The bartenders are usually running around and not paying attention to anything or anyone whom they are not serving at that moment. Not sure who is giving it good review but this new "beats" sucks !!! 4 bartenders or people behind the bar and you can only order with one person. If you want to wait for over an hour for your food then this is the place for you . I have been here twice now and both times have been an absolute nightmare ! From waiting over 45+ minutes on a single meal, and then on top of that getting your order wrong ! Staff had nothing to say other than they are backed up yet still have a kitchen staff of 10+ employees. To wait 45 minutes for a single breakfast burrito and fries , and then not to mention the fries were stale and cold . I honestly think all the good reviews on here are the staff, because this place needs to either hire more people or get their shit together . I went in on the second day of the Grand Opening Friday 8/29 and it was pretty busy , there was a Concert at the Theatre and Beats was also having Hoobastank there for their show as well so pretty busy but despite that we were helped by Lissa the Bartender and Service was Great ! Lissa has a sense of Urgency and if she was busy helping others she at least Acknowledged us and let us know she'd be right with us . Drinks Lissa made were amazing and for food we weren't too hungry because we were getting ready to go to the Theatre but we did try Kimchi Fries and those were different but really really good . Zamira assisted us in ordering our food and figuring out our loyalty card. She had a wonderful personality and was awesome! The food was good. I liked that the menu had unique offerings, like poutine fries with teriyaki beef atop the fries. Tasty! Lastly, there were plenty of tables to dine in and it was very clean! We were told we would receive a text when our food was ready. That did not happen, but staff there were able to check our ticket and give us our food. read more

I came here yesterday with my wife and there was this young lady named Leona , she helped us out because the kiosk wasn't working and was kind enough to let us view the menu on her phone. We came for my birthday this weekend to the casino and we have friends that Gamble and friends that don't, but we saw that Beats opened and that's why we even picked this Casino over others to travel to. so last night (Friday 11/14) we scoped it out , we went back several times at different times of the night and at 11:30 and midnight it was dead still.. they played great music and have a DJ, yet they don't move any of the tables they have so people can dance. I don't understand that. Why have that music then? Even if it was just the first two or three rows of tables by the stage .. the advertising online and on Instagram of the grand opening & a couple other weekends is very misleading, it makes it look fun, people dancing .. like actual nightlife!!We walked by the George Lopez restaurant and it was a full dance party there so it's not like that isn't a thing here. If you guys want business , I suggest looking into doing that, unfortunately tonight Saturday, November 15 was the night that we were planning to come to Beats, however, if it's anything like last night, we will have to figure something else out, unfortunately and I don't even know if you have anything like that at this casino Really bummed ! Also, a suggestion all the high top tables with chairs in that big place looks very cheap. I don't know why along the walls you didn't do booths or even just long seating and also I was told by somebody that works there that you guys don't even do table service to eat?! that you have to go up there to order and it comes to you in a to go box at your table, I mean, are you in the food court?!. I recently went to Yaamava to try Beats and got the shrimp chow mein with a berry boost. When I sat down to eat, the shrimp chow mein was way too salty. I told Jasmin , who was cleaning tables, and she apologized and went to get it remade for me. She came back a few minutes later with a new one, and it was so much better. While I was eating, she came over to check if it tasted okay. I told her it was perfect and thanked her--she really made my visit better! read more

Ordered the blte croissant ($14) today tuesday at 10:30pm and waited an hour for my order to be ready. There was a line at the pick up window that seemed to never end from the time i placed my order until midnight which is when i left. Truth be told that Kylie handled the chaos and angry customers like a champ but other than her "savoir faire" the rest left very little to be desired. The food poorly executed, cold, sloppy ( bathing in alioli mayo), 1 bartender which made it impossible to get a beverage and the venue disorganized and chaotic. Lots of work needs to be done!!!
