We both had the house pale ale but neither of us finished them. Mine just did not taste good. The bar itself is always clean, which is a huge selling point for me. I can not take a sticky bar. There's always a few seats available. The food is typical bar food, it isn't bad at all. Good selection of drafts. They run different specials every night. Live band karaoke. Trivia. Overall a nice vibe. I prefer this one over the other bars in the casino. Give it a shot.

(Me) They didn't even know I didn't get my food until they came to take our plates away. They put it in a to-go box and didn't charge me so I guess I shouldn't complain although it would have been nice to eat with my boyfriend. I ordered a Long Island iced tea. I think it might have been the worst one I've ever had. The beer was cold and the Bloody Mary was good. When I did finally eat, it was good.

The service was very good. Our server was attentive and friendly. The food: Oh my - I'm glad this was basically free because wow, not good. Chili - we both ordered. It was cool not even luke warm, like the cheese on top was put under a broiler to melt but everything else was cool. I LOVE chili and I could only eat a couple bites. I did not try the cornbread muffin, I'm a cracker girl, so can't review it. The wings were edible but just ho-hum. Wish they were crispier and the sauce had more flavor. Buffalo wild wings are much better and cheaper. The chocolate cake was HUGE! They must keep this in the fridge, because it was cold and the waitress even mentioned it tastes better the longer it "sits out" so... I took two bites, just so disappointing. It tasted old, definitely not a tender, fresh cake. We left a lot of uneaten food - Guy Fieri - if this is representative of your food, shame, shame, shame...

The slaw was fantastic and added balance to the Asian pork belly...which, by the way were perfect! Crunchy and fantastic flavor. Our friends ordered chicken nachos. These were also quite fantastic. Excellent queso, the chips were a bit thicker than expected, but still perfect for the huge amount of toppings. The campfire burger was amazing. If I had to pick on one thing, it would have been nice to be able to order medium rare. But, nonetheless, outstanding burger. The perfect amount of char. A well toasted burger n, and the garlic aioli was the perfect complement. As for beverages, the pineapple jalapeños margarita was good, but the red sangria was wonderful. The atmosphere was super relaxed on the patio with some southern rock/ 70's music. Amazing way to spend the afternoon.

We stopped by Bryson City Brewing on the Fourth of July during our 2026 North Carolina road trip,…read moreand it was a fun place to spend part of the evening. The brewery itself has a great setup with both indoor and outdoor seating, a full liquor bar in addition to their beers, and a stage for live music. It's in a perfect downtown location, making it easy to walk around Bryson City and explore everything nearby before or after your visit. We tried the Brussels sprouts appetizer along with a couple of their local beers, and both were really good. The only thing that missed the mark for us was the live band that night. Music is incredibly subjective, and they're probably a great fit for many people, but the style just wasn't what we were expecting. Coming from Tampa, we're spoiled with an amazing local music scene and were hoping for something with a little more variety and crowd interaction. Ironically, the highlight of the performance was an adorable little girl who got up and danced her heart out--she absolutely stole the show with her energy and had everyone smiling! After the fireworks, the brewery was hosting an after-party, which looked like a great way to keep the celebration going. Overall, I wouldn't let one band's performance influence my opinion of Bryson City Brewing. The venue, atmosphere, food, drinks, and location all made for a great experience. If you're visiting Bryson City, I'd absolutely recommend stopping in. Looking forward to seeing a different band the next time I'm in town!

We grabbed a spot outside, and the atmosphere was perfect -- relaxed, lively, and tucked right along the water. I ordered their Mexican lager, and it was crisp, refreshing, and honestly the ideal post‑trail drink. The food hit the spot too. My adult chicken fingers and fries came out hot and delicious, and I couldn't resist adding boiled peanuts (which were absolutely worth it). A friend ordered the massive pretzel, and it disappeared so fast we didn't even get a photo -- always a good sign. The staff made the experience even better. As non‑locals wandering in after a full day outdoors, we felt genuinely welcomed. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and patient as we figured out what to order. Frog Level Brewing is the kind of place that makes you want to come back -- great beer, great food, great people, and a great vibe. Perfect end to a mountain day.

And they did NOT disappoint. The Hurricane chicken is probably the best Hawaiian style Chicken ever. Seriously so good! We also ordered galbi and kahlua pork. The meal portions are huge. And everything was so good. There's a char on the broccoli that was divine. Highly recommend getting furikake on the rice for dishes that don't already have it. And a Hawaiian drink. Pick any one they have in stock and you won't regret it. It elevates the meal so well. There's a few tiny tables indoors but a bigger eating space out in the back. We ate outside since the weather was perfect. And it was so good, we came back to order more food to-go. I've bookmarked this spot so that we can always come back.

Both dishes were similar, with one served with macaroni salad, rice, and crispy chicken, while the other came with rice, furikake, chicken, and a fresh cabbage salad. The menu is simple, but every bite was packed with flavor. The service was outstanding. The young man working the food truck provided service that honestly rivaled what you'd expect at a full-service restaurant. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. The setting is another bonus. The food truck is tucked behind a brewery, making it the perfect place to grab a drink, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal in a quiet, laid-back atmosphere. Out of all the places we tried during our trip, this was some of the simplest food--but also some of the most flavorful. It proves that you don't need a huge menu to make memorable food. We 100% recommend Rice Wagon if you're in Bryson City. Great service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere!
