Pizza slice with mushrooms, ham & spinach

I got a pizza slice and it was huge! It was the size of two regular slices. You can have it customized to your taste without having to order an entire pie. It was tasty. I also had a French martini which was delicious. The service was top notch. The atmosphere is typical of a bar but they have a great mural on one wall and the lamps over the bar are made from beer kegs. Very cool.

The food and service here is fantastic. I love their pizzas, especially their dough. There's something different about it and I love it. Toppings are fresh and yummy. Place is clean, great service and reasonable on prices. Give it a try!

We got into town later than expected on a Monday night and found one of the only restaurants open until 10! Saved the day with quick and easy options! Love the look of the restaurant!

Great little pizza place in downtown Waynesville! The White pie was delicious and the wings were great! The pizza crust is sooo tasty and the pizza had really good flavor. We had the nachos also but the kids ate them too quickly for a picture. The toppings were good but the chips themselves were kind of stale. Awesome customer service and the pizza elevator was super fun to watch! We would definitely come again.

Spent the weekend in Maggie valley riding our bike. 1st night we arrived we walked over to Sauced for some grub. We got sat quickly then from there it was questionable. We didn't get greeted by a server until We had to ask and then it kinda seemed like we were more of a bother then a paying customer. Once we received our drinks, it took sometime to get a food order in. Once we got a waitress to take our food the rest of the visit wasn't so bad . Service got better and the pizza was petty good. Mixed feelings on weather I would come back or not based on the first impressions and about of time we had to wait to be greeted.

We visited Sauced on a Monday afternoon and were immediately seated. They had many drink options to choose from. Since it was a Monday afternoon, it was pretty quiet but it seems like it would be a good place to come for dinner and drinks on a weekend afternoon. We decided to try the Nachos & added Chori Pollo. The serving size was plentiful. For our main meal, we decided on the Quesadilla Burger & the Spicy Bacon Jam Burger. The quesadilla burger had delicious flavor but unfortunately was hard to eat as it was falling apart. The spicy jam burger was delicious as well. It was VERY spicy, in our opinion. Food and service was excellent, we would come back to visit!

When we arrived at this location it looked very trendy and I felt comfortable since most of the tables were full. Our waitress came up and lacked much personality but did a great job taking our order. From that point on it was mediocre at best and she watched our cups go empty for quite some time before coming back over to refill them. The food was good and I would definitely go back with a different waitress.

A slice of Slices Cheese Pizza and a side Caesar Salad

The food was expertly cooked, as I had a Caesar salad which was fairly tangy/sweet, and a pizza that was cooked very well. The staff are kind and polite with quick service, and they had amazing music selection and the for the ambiance and enjoyment of the customers

While wandering Waynesville, we walked out of the Sassafras on Main store, saw the "open for lunch" sign at Sauced, and decided to try it. The menu is a bit eclectic with part pizza, part tacos, and some appetizers. We went with the pizza and it was a good choice. Both the meat lovers (on thin/crispy crust) and house pizza (on hand tossed crust) were very good. The toppings were tasty and the sauce was good, without that too-much-tomato-paste feeling. I liked that the toppings were diced small for better distribution and more "stuff" per bite. The small wasn't very small- we could have definitely shared one at lunchtime. Prices are a little high but the quality is there. They were swamped at lunchtime and only had two servers working it looked like, but they did their best and were friendly. I'd happily go back if I lived in the area, and I've recommended it to family who do live nearby.

I ordered the hot honey chicken tacos (with grilled chicken), and they absolutely delivered. The flavor balance was spot-on--sweet, savory, and just enough heat to keep things interesting without overpowering the dish. Every bite felt intentional and well-executed. The wait staff were also genuinely friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. This is one of those places where the kitchen is clearly the focus, and it shows. If you care more about what's on your plate than what's on the walls, Fuego is 100% worth a visit. I'll definitely be back.

When we called, we were told no wait which was both a huge green flag but also a red flag.. we came here and are so glad we did! (Later on I overhead they had a wait because the kitchen started to back up, so we just got lucky!). This place is pretty tiny, but our party of 6 was promptly seated. They serve a pretty decent selection of beers as well as THC beverages (not for me). They have a wide variety of food available. I got the Nashville Honey Hot chicken tacos. I usually NEVER get chicken tacos because I think that they're dry and inferior to beef -- but I was intrigued. These were the best chicken tacos I have ever had in my life. Full stop. Need the recipe. Got it with an Apple and Daikon salad which was good. Rest of the party got an assortment of chicken, fish and Bang Bang shrimp but I only had eyes for those chicken tacos. One member of our party thought the fish he had been served was not red snapper but another variety such as tilapia -- he's a fishing guide down in Florida so I will deferred to him, but if there was some tom foolery with fish its hard to tell if it was the restaurant's fault or the supply chain -- he said it was good either way. Street corn was good, pork bowl was outstanding, fried okra good etc. My Mom insisted on paying when the time came and accidentally forgot her card at the restaurant. We called the restaurant at 11pm, we'll past closing and someone answered. When we told them we needed to come pick it up because they were closed Monday when my Mom flew out, they said it was fine to come pick it up. The owner walked her card out to us (apparently she also cooks and helps clean up; a great owner operator!). Great experience, would go back again. Great food, good people.

We started with the okra (incredible) and a cucumber salad, and everything tasted SO fresh and local. For our entrées, we ordered the steak and the salmon pasta BOTH were absolutely phenomenal. There were so many things we wanted to try on the menu, and our server made the experience even better. They were honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to break down each dish, even down to the smallest ingredients, which really helped us decide. The vibe at The Sweet Onion is intimate and personal without feeling cramped or crowded. It's that perfect balance of casual and upscale! You could easily dress up for a date night or come in more relaxed for drinks and dinner. On top of that, the prices were extremely good for the quality of food and the level of service. I would 100% recommend this spot to both locals and visitors!!! I genuinely think about this place at least once a week, and if I still lived locally, I'd be dining here a few times a month without hesitation.

First, the location itself is really unique... years ago this was a Greyhound bus station! The whole asthetic was very unique, and beautifully refurbished. We did have to wait an hour for a table (make a reservation!), but it was comfortable and the staff were ALL very friendly! Once seated, our server Nicole was amazing! We were pretty much ready with our order after looking at the menu while waiting. My MIL and I both got the open faced roast beef sandwich, and both with garlic mashed potatoes. I also got a side salad (soooo good, the candy pecans and ranch, wow!), and she got the French onion soup. It looked great, I'll have to try it next time! My bread was slightly burnt on the edges, and while the au jus that comes with it was ok, we ordered some of the brown gravy (that comes with the meatloaf) and it elevated it so much! If the staff reed this, that would be a smart move! My wife got the 12oz ribeye, and she kindly gave me a few bites. OMG, one of the top 3 steaks I've ever had!!! We both don't like anything on our steaks, and the natural flavor was unbelievable! It was cooked perfectly! All in all, it was a great experience and we WILL be back next time we are in town!
