Located just 0.7 miles outside of the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park in the busy town of West Yellowstone we found this restaurant with the least amount of wait time on their waitlist which was none, we got a table instantly. This is a table service restaurant, we walked inside and we were told that we could choose any table that had a paper menu. No wait time here. The menu isn't very big but they specialized in smoked brisket, pulled pork and ribs. We placed our order and the food came quickly... it was all delicious! We had Sliced Beef Brisket, side of Green Chili Creamed Corn and Beartooth Baked Beans. wow! best brisket ever, tender and tasty and I loved that creamed corn! Our waitress was friendly and helpful and was on the ball. Prices were reasonable and serving is decent. The restaurant had an upbeat western ambiance. Glad we made the choice to stop here before making the 90-mile drive back home to Bozeman. Parking can be challenging. The whole area is filled with restaurants, shops and more restaurants and shops.
