Could you tell how much we loved the food? To top it all off, we ordered dessert and had the most delicious Huckleberry cobbler with Huckleberry ice cream. While small in size and selection, GSG (solely an acronym and not meant to sound like a new street…read moredrug) is the closest shop to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Since addresses are practically non-existent in Gardiner, MT (check out Google Maps if you don't believe me), just go all the way to the far west end of the main shopping strip on Park Street or simply ask one of the locals. GSG is a gift shop with a lot of key chains, bumper stickers, knick-knacks and cute children's t-shirts. Next door, like all the other souvenir shops in Gardiner, is a little cafe selling sweets and coffee. GSG's cafe seems to be the only cafe in town to actually have locals in it drinking their coffees while passing countless hours of the day away (most likely gossiping about own townies and homely, outdoorsy tourists). I recommend Yellowstone Gifts & Sweets down the street but both stores have different items for sale unlike many other tourist towns.
