He was transparent about pricing, availability and walked the site to talk over things in detail. We worked through some options for what might have to happen if the water lines near some of the plants were too shallow. He also stopped to talk to me when he discovered some old french drains near one of the trees in the front. I appreciated being consulted all along the way to make sure I was involved in decisions. The price was very fair, the work was done efficiently, and I haven't had any issues about 5 months later. In scheduling the work there was issue with one of his smaller grinder equipment that he was open about needing to repair and he kept me up to date on the repair and we worked out a timeline that was good for me. Everything was neatly pruned to maximize the health of the oak trees, and the pine was cleaned up after the poor tree-topping job that was completely hacked by the utilities. Once the job was completed, all the limbs were chipped and hauled away, and our yard was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. He texted me to let me know his crew was held up at a previous job and would be there about an hour after the expected time which worked perfect fro me because i had to go get the keys to move a car I had parked under the tree. His crew showed up. The foreman introduced himself to me and confirmed the work they were to be doing. He and his crew raised the tree skirt (lifted the crown) and thined out the number of branches. They grinded all the branches they cut down, cleaned up, and hauled everything away too. Just awesome. All done in just one hour! I will be using them for all my future needs as well. Thanks guys!
