I got the regular milk tea with boba from here and it was a typical, standard boba drink. Nothing special, but it wasn't bad. It was pretty sweet though, so I think I would lower the sugar level to 75% if possible (the bobarista did not ask to adjust the sweetness level). This boba shop is located inside this Attack on Titan cafe so the entry is limited for crowd control. I came on a Sunday at noon and my friends and I were told by the staff that we had to wait 20 minutes to be let in. Thankfully, there was a Daiso next door to browse while we waited for entry. For boba orders, there's no seating since the space is reserved for the cafe patrons who reserved a spot on OpenTable. It's just takeout. The staff here were pretty nice and kind. On the inside, it looks cool at first (until you realize how small the space is and that it offers very little). When making the reservation, it said that parties of 2 would be seated with other parties of 2. I imagined this would mean sharing a long table like in ramen restaurants. But no, you are sharing a booth with 2 other people and sitting across from them (or next to them depending on how they were seated first). I'm a pretty social person and have no problem talking to people, but even this took me by surprise, and I think many would not be a fan of this. When making the reservation, it's ~$10/person. What you pay actually goes towards your food costs (thank goodness). We ordered the Hange Beef Stew ($19) and Sasha's Potato ($15). The stew was pretty bland. The potato was better, but I would not order it again. The people seated with us had ordered the chicken and chips. They said it was too salty. They did not enjoy it. We also ordered the canteen with beverage ($20). I got the grape/peach tea. It tasted very artificial. At least you get to keep the canteen. We ordered the churro ($9). Again, underwhelming. This place was advertised as having many photo opps, but I beg to differ. There were maybe 4 photo opps but none were worth it in my opinion. The Photo Booth quality was not good, and their isolated themed room photo opp was too dark (blue room with chains for one of the scenes from the show. Honestly not a great scene to focus a photo opp around...). No photos came out nice since the cafe itself is pretty dark. All the gachapon/gashapon machines were sold out. Just came here for their Attack on titan collab cafe! This cafe is pretty small. But it looks like they tried their best to use every inches of their cafe to make you feel like you are in the AOT world! It's fun and a lot of opportunities to take memorable pictures. The whole experience is really super, with a scout dress up server waiting outside the cafe which already fully decorated and when you walk through the door. You do feel a transformation to another world. My only complain is the food. It's more feel like theme park fast food. The few items that they had on menu. They are all okay EXCEPT the Hange beef stew. That one tastes awful! The popcorn chicken and loaded potato are all good though. Drinks is sugarly and nothing special. Was my first time coming here and I made reservations for 3 through OpenTable for the Demon Slayer experience. My family and I loved it! It is small inside but luckily we did not have to share a table since all 3 of us took up a single table space. The theming decor and special effects are utilized so well to really make you feel like you're in the Infinity Castle. They even have the iconic Muzan vs Hashira theme song playing. There's merch and there's themed food. We got the 3 tier castle of snacks and it was decent. Not as terrible as reviews were saying but definitely just okay and was enough for all 3 of us. You are mainly paying for the experience and I think this boba shop pulled it off really well. We wanted to visit this place because of the Demon Slayer theme. Let's start with the PROS. The employees were very friendly. I truly appreciated the great customer service we received, especially these days, where it appears customer service is out the door. The immersive experience was beyond amazing. The decor, ambiance, and photo ops were worth the visit. They had some cool items to purchase that I have not seen available anywhere else. My son was like a kid in a candy store. Let's get to the CONS. The food was not good at all. Not even a little bit. It all tasted like frozen food reheated, the ramen tasted worst than top ramen, out of the foam cup. I ordered the mushroom one, and I did not see or taste any mushrooms. I couldn't bring myself to finish it. The drinks were okay, but a very sweet-artificial sweet. The location was tiny, tiny, tiny. The cool items they had available for purchase, were indeed cool, but overpriced. Would I go back again, probably not. This shop has anime themed tea that serves snacks, bear dessert mouse cakes, noodles and sandwiches. Interior is very captivating with anime decor and layout. Staff were cordial. I came to visit and tried their Watermelon green tea and Brown bear mouse cake. The drink was very disappointing. Because they forgot the boba and it's too water downed, small 12 oz cup, and it took them 18 minutes to make. However, the tiny bear cake was adorable and delightful. A tea shop that's pretty hidden in a corner of a super busy plaza in Temple City. Plenty of free parking spots but don't underestimate the amount of parking as it's busy daily. First impressions is that the interior is pretty sizeable. I visited during a Demon Slayer collaboration and the interior lighting is a bit bright and not the greatest on the eyes if you're around for awhile. The lighting is very much like a medieval tavern color wise, orange if not lantern orange. The spot seems like a decent place for a hangout with a group of friends, plenty of tables all in a line and there's a infinity room in the back (not sure if it's just for the current collab but it's pretty cool regardless.) Staff is friendly and seem pretty quick. My partner got me one of their matcha lattes and it was average at best in my opinion. Some sips had plenty of matcha flavoring but some were a bit tasteless. Overall, not impressed but if you're visiting for the Demon Slayer collaboration, it would be pretty nice to see it. Decided to check this place out because we were intrigued by the Demon Slayer collab immersive experience. The entire cafe is reimagined with custom decor, activations, and a special themed food and beverage menu. The Infinity Castle room is kind of cool, but it is an extremely small room that fits no more than a few people. The photo opportunities here are quite minimal. They do sell a lot of merch though for anyone interested. As for the food and beverage, none of the themed menu items really caught my eye. I ended up trying a few drinks from the regular menu. All of the drinks tasted pretty watered down. I would not order them again. Vibes are super casual. Order at the register and seat yourself. There is an ample amount of booth seating in the cafe. We came for the Demon Slayer collab, which means that we made sure to get a reservation because with the demand, walk-up wasn't an option. We came on a Saturday and the shared parking lot is big, but we couldn't find any. That situation changes and it can't be controlled, but I think it's good to know that it can get crowded so plan accordingly and give yourself time. They do collabs often so depending on the IP, you might find yourself here joining whatever fandom you belong to. The attention to detail they gave for their photo-ops was wonderful. And on camera, it translates fantastically. It almost seems like the space is huge, but it's actually quite small. Truly, truly instagrammable and photogenic. But wow, the snack option appetizer--with the draw being the tower presentation--was incredibly pricey. It comes out to close to $80 for "just okay" food and meager portions. The place looked nice with posters, pictures, etc. The specialty drink with a mug was ridiculoulsy expensive at $38, but they didnt have dry ice so cant deliver the smoke effect. Beef stew was very bland, photo on the menu had shrimp tempura. I got few pieces of chicken, because again they ran out of the tempura. Same price $19, without telling me that they ran out. The regular drink menu, had Bears for containers - ours came in a regular cup. $7 for boba here. The baked potato was not good, it tasted like takoyaki, $15 for one potato. Overall, I left disappointed. The staff never bothered to re-check on the customers. It was definitely OVERPRICED and OVERHYPED. Our order took so long that 2 different groups sat at our table. Paid $40 for instant ramen + 1 drink in a souvenir cup. The aesthetic itself is cool, and there's a few photo ops. Merch was neat too. Luckily for us, Eren and Armin flew above us in their ODM Gear and we made it safely to the tables. Food: 9/10 While we were eating, Jean, Levi, Mikasa, and Sasha protected us from the Colossal Titan! We also got the ODM Sword Churro, and proceeded to slay nearby titans with it, great for photo ops. You can also order food from their Bearology menu, and we got the Gyoza too! Some things to remember, the reservation payment is applied as credit to anything you order, so make sure to use it up! Also if you're a party of 2, you may be seated with other parties of 2 at the same table during busier hours! The details for the infinity castle were top-notch from the upper level demons on each stall to the lanterns/staircases on the wall to simulate the movement of the infinity castle. My partner got the Infinity Castle tumbler and I snagged the Mugen train one (though the Infinity castle tumbler stole the show). Fair warning: the drinks are on the sweeter end. This location is in a small shopping center next to Daiso, Sanrio Store, and a couple other eateries with plenty of parking. When we first arrived, I immediately walked in, only to be stopped by the host who told me that we had to check in outside and that there was a sign. I went to double check outside to see if I missed something, but didn't see a sign that said we had to check in first. Anyway, after we checked in, I got a full glimpse of the decor. The decor was incredible! Everything was based from Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle and if you're a die hard fan, you'd love it. They had a small menu for the popup. Which consisted of themed drinks, instant noodles w/ your choice of toppings and a castle filled with appetizers and desserts. I ordered the roasted beef noodles with all the toppings ($9), a lychee tea in a souvenir cup ($20), and their highlight: The Infinity Castle Tower ($68). In my opinion, the broth for the noodles was BEYOND salty for me and it didn't help when I ordered it with extra spam since they were out of corn. The lychee tea was too sweet so I couldn't drink all of it. My bf and son enjoyed their noodles and drinks, so maybe it just wasn't for me. The only issue we had was that our Infinity Castle tower took forever to be served. It felt like it took an hour! Our tummies were already full by the time they served it us and we were ready to leave. But don't get me wrong, the tower was really cool. It came with gyozas, katsu sliders, tempura, and mochi. There is a Demon Slayer pop-up occurring now until July 31, 2026, which draws a huge crowd so there is actually a line to get inside if you are trying to dine in. They have an online reservation system but it is $10 per person pre-paid. I did stand-by for take out and it was about a 15 minute wait outside. It took another 15 minutes to get my drink after placing my order inside. I got a watermelon slush. It seemed promising because of the red color, but the flavor and texture fell flat. The slushy was chunky ice and needed to be blended longer. It was unpleasant trying to sip on thick ice chips; even shave ice or a raspado would have a better texture. The watermelon played a minor role, and the only pro of this drink is that it was not sweet. There's a mirror installation that creates an infinity-like illusion, located at the back of the store next to the bathroom. This is very small, standing room only so do not expect an actual experience you can walk through. We were in a rush so we asked to skip on the table, just got our drinks using our credit and took tons of photos and videos in their small but beautifully decorated space. The souvenir cups come in either Mugen Train or Infinity Castle. You can get drinks themed after the three uppers from the movie. All my kids wanted the slush, so they all got Doma (blue raspberry pineapple slush). It costs $20 a drink (drink+souvenir cup to keep). I tries the drink and it tastes good. You can also get a huge instant ramen bowl for $9, a three course meal with sliders, fries, tempura, gyoza, and mochi ice cream for $68. Finally checked out the Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle pop-up at Bearology in Temple City! Since dine-in reservations were booked up, we decided to walk in and order to-go instead. It's the perfect hack because they still let us wander around to explore the incredible photo ops and exclusive merch while our drinks were being made. Don't miss the back of the pop-up, that's where the Infinity Castle photo op is and they have a video game station set up where you can play for free! There's a specialty themed menu, but you can also order from their normal menu. They also have a ton of exclusive merch for sale. read more
