The 3 man crew arrived later. I instructed them what to do. It was a 10 foot hedge. They said that their supervisor told them to not do the part of the hedge on the neighbor's side. I always do it. I had to get a shears to do it and then one of the workmen joined. I have used this company before to trim an Elm tree. They did okay. This time the job was average or below average. I am getting quotes from other companies next time.
