This place is awesome! It's immaculately clean and so much bigger than I expected. I thought there…read morewould be just one play gym but there are actually two plus a toddler area where they have movies projected onto the wall. The play gyms are the biggest I've ever seen. Everything is padded and the setup looks really safe so I felt comfortable letting my three year old go in the play gyms by himself while I watched from my seat. My son is infamous for getting stuck or needing help but he was able to navigate the entire place without calling out for help once. Meanwhile my baby had a blast in the toddler area. The setup is really well thought out. I could sit in the middle and see my 3 year old in the gym and my daughter in the toddler area at the same time. I love how they designated an area for toddlers because it helps ensure the babies don't get run over by the bigger kids on a busy day. The toddler area is off to the side so it's unlikely bigger kids will run through there while playing. The man working the desk was extremely nice and attentive. Snacks and drinks are fairly priced. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. We'll definitely be back. I can't think of even one negative thing to say.

It has two different areas to play according to children's age, however you can easily monitor both areas if your children are playing in both at the same time. Nice venue to celebrate birthday parties. I highly recommend it.

I hate to leave a negative review but that's what this experience was…read more I do not recommend booking a party here. While I was out of town for work, my husband hosted my daughter's party at this location, and the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. The play place was cold, and we did not receive a private host as advertised. We paid and booked for an extra hour, which was not provided. We were also promised a refund, but it was never issued, despite multiple follow-ups. Several advertised amenities were not available: No popcorn machine as advertised -- only pre-bagged popcorn Pizza was not prepared in advance and was ordered from Domino's at the end of the party, causing delays We reached out to the owner multiple times via calls, emails, and messages in an attempt to resolve these issues, but no resolution has been provided. Communication has been poor, and the situation remains unresolved. This was a special event for our child, and the lack of professionalism and follow-through was extremely disappointing. Please contact me to issue the promised refund. I have documentation and have sent several messages already.

We've already spent the last two weeks of arctic weather visiting every children's museum in the Pittsburgh area, libraries, and every play date possible. I just want somewhere that I can sit down. A friend suggests play paradise. I've never been. We go in and are the only people there. There's an area for kids under five, slides, ball pits, climbing areas, and more. There's a gigantic bouncy castle. It's all enclosed so for the most part, mom friend and I can sit and talk. Probably the only negative was most of the bathroom being out of order. The changing table had a "do not use" sign which is hard. It's also more expensive than nearby options like "lil bunny" in Robinson mall. Otherwise, it was clean and well maintained; kids all said they had a great time after we left.
