They've given me something totally different from what I ordered a twice now, and they have no designated pick-up spot. If it's busy, you either have to wait in line for half an hour just to grab your sandwich or look like an asshole by cutting in front of everyone. They also don't add sides to your order, so you'll have to grab the chips yourself or remind them if you ordered a cookie.

They didn't have good customer service skills and they don't smile. There was no greeting, no "Welcome to Subway", nothing. I asked for a 6-in tuna. The one helping me started slicing the bread open but she tore a big chunk of it so I asked for a different bread. She didn't seem very happy to be changing the bread. Here in CA, I'm always asked whether or not I want it toasted. I assumed all Subways ask that but this lady just proceeded to scoop on the tuna and add the cheese. Other Subways give me lots of lettuce. This one, well, let's just say there was more tuna than the veggie. There was no hi/hello from the cashier either. When I asked for some napkins, all he did was point to the ones already in the bag, which was only 2 pieces.
