Went Friday night as a lil treat. They are by far my favorite chinese restaurant in the County. I ordered their crab meat puffs and the walnut shrimp with white rice. My fiancée ordered a sushi roll and the Hawaiian fried rice. The crab meat puffs and the sushi were incredible as always. The walnut shrimp was great and I cannot wait for leftovers. I picked up food and it was the incorrect order. When I called back, there was no apology. No discount as though it was my fault. Had to drive back and return the food. We had a great dinner on Friday night at Bean Curd! Most of the tables were filled, but there wasn't any wait. As soon as we were seated, our drink order was taken, and the server brought over complimentary crunchy noodles and sweet and sour sauce. The menu is very extensive, including many Chinese entrees, as well as a variety of sushi. My husband had a couple sushi rolls, and I had the general tso's chicken, stir fried. Both of our orders came out quickly and were delicious. We also thought the pricing was really good for the portion sizes! The sauce was oily and didn't taste the same as previous orders. I was very disappointed. I don't know whether they have a different cook. Hands down, favorite Chinese restaurant in our new neighborhood. Years ago, coworkers and I would stop in for their lunch buffet. Honestly, I forgot they were here for the longest time. Now that we are back in the neighborhood, I can't wait to become regulars here! I stopped in for lunch takeout the other day, and couldn't believe how great my experience was. The menu selection is huge, and has plenty of vegetarian options. The person taking my order was super friendly, and helped create a unique order. I ended up ordering the tofu lunch special, but he recommended that I get it with veggies and general tso's style. So glad I did, it was fantastic! It came with a choice of white/fried rice and also a veggie spring roll/egg role.. for $7.99! I couldn't believe it. I also ordered my husband a general tso's chicken lunch special, and he was very happy with it. Can't recommend this place enough, and I look forward to returning. I was very impressed with bean Curd's food quality, interior, and value! My friend and I split crab puffs, each got ourselves a small appetizer, as well as each got a fairly large sized dinner served with fried rice for a very reasonable price of under $50 total. I ordered the crunchy tuna roll, the eel roll, and the teriyaki salmon roll with a ginger salad (not pictured). All 3 rolls were 11/10!! The sushi is always delicious and the ginger salad is so refreshing, it is my favorite!! The price is great for the quality as well. Each roll is between $4-6, unless it's a chef's favorite like the teriyaki salmon which was around $10. Any time I'm craving sushi, this is my go to and it NEVER disappoints!! read more

Of all things, meat is the most expensive. I pay for quality food, and I EXPECT QUALITY FOOD~ fresh, tasty and delicious. Too often the rice is reheated, as well. Today, the rice was fine. The 3-way-beans had fresh broccoli, but the beans mixed in were not fresh. Reheated food is NOT ACCEPTABLE. PERIOD. Bean Curd seems to take advantage of customers who TAKE OUT. Honestly I get it food service is tough and I respect the workers at there I know they were busy today. I've been there multiple times and I've had pretty decent food and good service. Today was a different story the gentlemen at the front desk for some reason offered a table too a couple that came after us again not there fault which I though was strange and had us wait for another clean table which didn't make any sense too me but we waited. I then had my food brought after which had a giant piece of black hair in it and it ruined my appetite no one in that place wears hairnets and I guarantee you no one in the kitchen does I'm extremely disappointed. The waiter made sure it was corrects but again not too happy. Food has gone down in quality as well the vegetables were a frozen mixed bag which we used a hospital I worked at so that's all I need to know. Two sushi rolls and a bottle of Nigori sake set the tone for our meal. Everything came out fast and fresh. The amazing chicken was exactly that - amazing. I ordered the beef with Japanese peppers thinking it would be spicy, but it wasn't. However, it was delicious and I would definitely order it again. Our table service was great and there wasn't a single complaint about anything. The restaurant was packed and there were people constantly coming and going for take-out. We're always greeted as soon as we walk in and promptly seated. It's a small, quiet restaurant. Perfect for date night or having dinner with your extended family. Pretty sure we've all celebrated our birthdays here at some point. The food is always amazing, as is the service. We've never had anything bad from here. The portions are huge and definitely shareable. We love their takeout too. Pre-COVID, they did a small lunch buffet which was amazing because you could try little bits of everything. A really nice sit down restaurant. The waitress was really nice and funny, she bent over backwards to make sure we ordered what we wanted. So many choices! We are older now so the 3 of use decided to have our favorite appetizers WonTon soup, Egg Rolls and Fried Crab Puffs, everything was delicious!! Fresh and served hot at the table. We shared the Sweet and Sour Chicken between the 3 of us and it was the perfect amount after all the appetizers. 2 of us ordered fried rice instead of steamed rice and that also was wonderful!!
