From the start, I was met with encouraging words and felt that they were truly working hard for me. After spending around $8,000 and maybe 4-5 months of time. I was finding myself with having to reach out to them every time I wanted information or an update on my case. After a month or two, they still had not even reviewed fully my dashcam footage that I had provided to them. Months later, after being told that I was to come in and discuss my case before trial, weeks went by until literally the night prior to my case. After having to reach out again, I ended up receiving only a short 5 minute phone call, and ZERO prep for my case. My preparation consisted of : "I plan to put you on the stand and just be yourself" What kind of prep is that? I'm not sure... Luckily, the officer involved was a no-show requiring Rosenstein Law Group to pretty much do absolutely nothing for $8,000. I also had a firearm which I wanted returned since the case was thrown out. I had received ZERO help in this regard. I had to email and push and push and push until I finally received it almost a year later... Rosenstein had received my money, so the little to no help that I was getting, clearly stopped as well. Josh has such a vibrant personality, and I am sure he is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. Except in my case, I felt very under represented. I then reached out once I had received my firearm to let them know I had received it. I had some legal questions I wanted to ask for a friend and also mentioned where I could leave a review. Josh completely glossed over the help I was requiring for a friend, only a few legal questions.... and solely focused on the review. This shows exactly what I was given in my case... no help. The moment I began to answer or put any input into the things he was saying/asking he would loudly cut me off or talk over me and on to his next subject. I am very aware of the number of years my loved one is facing and he was not sensitive to that in the least bit. The circumstances are a bit complicated, long story short we already have an attorney, my loved one received new charges and his current attorney wants the total cost up front to take on the new cases. We just can't afford it. So, we have been searching for alternatives. He explained to me that it doesn't make sense for us to have multiple lawyers asked me what we were paying them, asked how much more they want upfront and told me that the price they offered was cheap, not in a calm, educating manner, but in blunt, aggressive, insensitive manner. He then proceeded to tell me how much their services would cost. Seemed reasonable enough considering the large, complicated case but not once did he advice of how they bill their clients, what the options are, is there payment plans?
