I was also tired of driving far pas I had done with my past lawyers.When I met him on my first appointment I could tell he was good man. I hoped he would be a good attorney. Darius was very caring and assuring to me and my family. He was patient and professional with me, listened to me and advised me through out the process. I had been on deportation proceedings for nine years with three different attorneys. So I know a little bit about the process. All of my previous lawyers acted like they were doing me a favor, had little time for me because they had lines of clients waiting always. Would never call back and had little knowledge about my j1 visa. That's wasn't Darius, from the get go he promised he would see my case through. He was honest, professional and reliable. When my case had unanticipated twists, he was reasonable with payments adjustments. My best moment with him was during my master hearing. He asked the judge to excuse everyone out of the court room so they wouldn't hear my personal details because the government was going to do a cross examination on a personal level . The room was full and I was already dreading it. The judge granted it, and I can't remember being more grateful to anyone for saving me embarrassment. I could have kissed him .
