I had Rick Hawkins with the Loose Law Group write up papers for a trust, living will, power of attorney, and similar documents. They were very prompt in returning my calls and answering any questions that I had. The meeting with Rick to go over all of the details with myself, and my partner went well. He was warm, kind, and informative. When it came to the signing, there were no issues. Documents were provided via email as drafts to review prior to the signing appointment. During the signing, I was walked through each document as to the contents again. I was directed where everything needed to be signed or initialed. Everything was explained very well. read more

We have a legal plan through my wife's work. We were given Loose Law Group as an option under the plan and when we contacted them, they responded right away. We used them to complete our Estate Planning, Living Wills, and Advanced Directives. Our requests were not standard by any means, but the team there was able to clearly explain the best way to accomplish what we wanted. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and easy to understand. The legal team promptly drew up the drafts and were great in following up with us to ensure everything was correct and represented exactly what our wishes were. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable with him and confident in the results. I have to say, Nick, Kaitlin and Rachel were the nicest and most accommodating legal team we have ever worked with. read more

After extensive research, we decided to go with Loose Law Group (Cactus location) to assist us with our estate planning. The entire team is exceptional! Rachel explained each step of the process and booked our appointment with our attorney Amy Dodell. We had to re-schedule our appointment several times due to various reasons but Rachel was extremely kind and gracious. She never made us feel bad about it and was very understanding. We felt bad! After a very short period of completing the online forms, they sent us PDF documents to review for accuracy. Then we went into the office to sign our papers. Laura was the notary who assisted us and let me tell you, she is super patient. I had some questions that may have seemed silly or dumb to some but she made us feel better by saying that others have asked the same question or she understood why we would ask it. She explained everything so well through easy to understand illustrations which helped in some of the difficult decisions.   When we were done signing, Amy Dodell came in to meet us and asked if we had any additional questions. We didn't have much except for some minor questions because Laura did an excellent job answering most of them. She expressed interest in getting to know us which is a great quality of a successful person. She didn't see us as just another client but seemed genuine in wanting to learn more us. We discovered a similar taste in food and shared some favorite restaurants. Conversations like this don't usually happen in a business transaction especially with a law firm. Lol! We've used other law firms in the past but without a doubt Loose Law Group is by far the most exceptional firm we've ever had. We would highly recommend them and already have referred a friend. All my family and friends know that I am a thorough researcher and very selective so when I make a recommendation, they know it's good. You won't regret it. One of the things we really like about their firm is that they have five locations in the valley! We chose the Cactus & Tatum location because it's so close to our home. Their office is very nice and looks newly remodeled. It didn't have your typical stuffy atmosphere like most law firms. That's because of the team in this office and not the office itself.  All three ladies are so down to earth and treat you with respect and genuine kindness. So happy with our decision to go with Loose Law Group - Cactus!! Thank you Rachel, Laura, and Amy for the exceptional service we received from each of you! read more

We were pleased to have used attorney, Lindsay Mellen and her team of Michelle Keasey and Rachel Rosenblum at their office at 4835 E Cactus Rd in Scottsdale, AZ. We needed a trust created and updates to our various living wills for our estate planning. The Loose Law Group team enabled us to complete 99% of our estate planning documents remotely. Throughout the process, each member of the team was timely and very helpful in all our communications. Whenever we needed to amend or introduce changes to our documents, they quickly took care of those requests. Also, additional research was needed to accurately record one of our properties; together with Lindsay and Michelle we got it done. When we were finally ready to execute our documents in person, Rachel was SO helpful in scheduling our appointment. We were forced to reschedule twice and Rachel's courtesy and professionalism shown brightly each time. When we met in person for our signing appointment, everyone was so friendly and professional. They took the extra time we needed to sensitively answer all our questions. They also offered suggestions about amendments to our estate plan should it be needed in the future. Finally, Lindsay reassured us that just because we had concluded our business that day- she and the team at Loose Law Group wouldn't abandon us; adding that going forward, we could still obtain guidance and help about our estate plan, if needed.
