Jimmy Crook Law was helping me work on my case from my car accident that started back in September, however February of this year I recently filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, I advised the woman who was working on my case towards the end who was Susan what I was doing and I asked if it will effect my bankruptcy and she said no it shouldn't and advise me not to say anything about it. Well it did because I told the truth to my bankruptcy laywer. Unfortunately, I'm not able to keep my settlement check since it goes to the creditors. I not only lost my vehicle from this accident and now I'm going to have to come up with money for a down payment of $6,700 on a new vehicle since I'm losing the settlement check I was suppose to be getting. I was advised by Jimmy I should have or susan should have told him that I was filing bankruptcy, I didn't know I was suppose to call him and tell him. They are wonderful Attorneys and great people! My case took about two years to settle but its was well worth the wait. They treat all your injuries from bruises to brains!
