The process was lengthy and involved several individual hearings and months of waiting for the decision. The judge was very thorough and fair, but it was clear that the positive outcome was achieved largely because of Ms. Alexandrovich's work. She worked extremely hard on my case: she requested and required a huge amount of evidence from me, making sure I collected and provided every possible document to support my story. She then organized and submitted over 1,500 pages of evidence into the court record, prepared a detailed legal brief, brought in a country expert, and presented the judge with a comprehensive record -- from official reports to extensive media publications. Working with Ms. Alexandrovich and her office was smooth and reassuring. She has a strong team of experienced paralegals who are responsive, attentive, and highly professional. Debido a ese error, tuve que pagar $580 dólares adicionales, además de los más de $4,000 dólares que ya había pagado a los Abogados Mendoza. Lo más frustrante es que el despacho no se hizo responsable en absoluto: no asumieron el error, no ofrecieron solución y no cubrieron los gastos adicionales causados por su propio mal trabajo. En un proceso migratorio, estos errores tienen consecuencias enormes, y este despacho mostró una falta total de profesionalismo y responsabilidad.
