There's so much offered here and really convenient and centrally located. Many different retail stores and restaurants. From clothing to novelty, to toys, shoes, to department stores, it's all here. Plus lots of eateries of all kinds, esp. in the food court area. Several clearance/"outlet" type stores for brand names like Nike too. There are also the movies, a Rainforest Cafe, a Legoland mini-theme-park, plus the Arizona SeaLife Aquarium, so you can definitely spend the whole day here and have so much fun, and find all kinds of goodies that'll lighten your heart and your wallet. Mall staff we saw were working hard at keeping all parts of the mall clean, esp. around the common areas like the bathrooms and emptying out trash cans, etc. at the food court. Individual retail store staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, a really comprehensive and comfortably curated collection of stores in a clean shopping center environment. Most importantly, you'll get your steps in as this mall is in a vast space and on one floor, so it's quite spread out and you'll do a lot of walking. Thankfully, it's also nicely cool here, perfect for the heat in AZ.

The store was well organized, items were easy to find, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, what stood out most was the customer service I received. Alyssa and Melany are excellent examples of how much of a difference employees can make in shaping a customer's overall experience. I did experience an issue with my store credit card. I couldn't understand why it wasn't working, especially since I had just used it. During a previous visit to another Marshalls location, the manager was unable to offer any assistance beyond telling me to call the customer service number. I left feeling frustrated because I was missing out on earning points, which was one of the main reasons I came into the store that day. This is where Alyssa R. truly went above and beyond. She noticed that my card wasn't working, and when I explained what had happened at the other store, she immediately recognized the issue. She explained that this had happened before and confidently suggested adding the card to my digital wallet. Although I initially had trouble figuring out how to do it, Alyssa patiently walked me through the process, and it worked! Her knowledge, confidence, and willingness to help turned a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. I haven't typically shopped at Marshalls or its sister stores, but this experience has genuinely changed my perspective on the company and its commitment to customer service. I did not expect Reclectic to have such a large warehouse feel to it, but I mean you could truly spend all day in that store. They have great brands including Urban, Anthropologie, and Free People at just an amazing value. If you're like me, these brands make your mouth water but your credit card cry. Come to Reclectic to find still very much in style pieces that won't hurt the bank. Also I think this is a great way to prevent these items from getting destroyed and ending up in landfills due to not being sold the first time around!! Note that there are no dressing rooms so don't make the mistake I did of wearing a dress to shop here. There is a wall lined with mirrors where you are free to try anything on over your clothes so wear leggings and a tank top to shop! Will be coming back!!

Even though it was completely outdoors (but still shaded because it was indoors in a warehouse) they had several fans going that kept it tolerable to be in there even in 100 degree heat. What it looks like to buy furniture there first you will be talking to the sales person they will take to a section to fill out your information and then you have to go to a separate area to check out.. it was quite the long process... checking out should only be a few minutes but mine was 20 minutes.. they are pretty excessive when they ask for info. The sales man who helped me was very nice and helped. He is the only reason why I am not giving this place a 1 star.. My take is that all of furniture except for the clearance is WAY OVER PRICED! This is a retail shopping center and office complex that is between the Arizona State University downtown campus and the University of Arizona College of Medicine. There's also an AMC Theater, AC Hotel Downtown, restaurants, and scenic walkways. As we had been walking a lot, we greatly appreciated that there were benches to sit and just people watch for a few minutes. Foot traffic was light on a weekday afternoon. We and others also had fun taking photos in Santa's sleigh that had been set up in front of a giant Christmas tree at the entrance to the Center.
