Summary (departing from the usual categories): 2.0 XL Store Size; 2.0 Not easy to maneuver; 3.0…read moreProduct Selection; 2.0 Food Products on Shelves in a disarray; 4.5 App while using it in-store My wife and I needed a few birthday items in a short amount of time and notable through a delivery app, so we stopped in here on a weekend late in the afternoon. The parking lot was fairly full as was the store. When we walked into the store, the produce was straight-ahead and the easiest to find of the items we were shopping for. I don't remember ever seeing such a large volume of fruits and vegetables! We continued down the food aisles on the same side of the store, which could have been a store on its own, given the square footage it occupied. The challenge after the food: find the birthday party paper products. Thankfully, I opened the Walmart app and found the store map and the product search, which both turned out to be very accurate! If we hadn't had the store map, our stay would have been far longer, and we would have wished we had a AAA Triptik! Checking out also turned out to be fast, especially compared to the self-checkout lines which backed up to the fairly wide main aisle. Because I used the Scan & Go feature in the app, I could scan the products as I put them in the cart (which seemed even larger than Co$tco'$), and go through the dedicated lane to validate the purchase. We were the only customers who were using this lane! Best part of the trip! So, if you've never shopped in this super center before, be sure to download the Walmart app beforehand. You'll thank yourself at the Scan & Go check out lane.

I spend thousands of dollars every month on Walmart.com for my Airbnb business and personal…read moregroceries. However, your refund process is incredibly frustrating and is pushing me to shop elsewhere. After spending $300 on groceries, I should not have to drive to a Walmart store to return $7 worth of expired fish or a cracked egg. Even resolving a $3 or $5 issue can require a call to customer service. The time and hassle are disproportionate to the amount involved. I'm increasingly switching to Amazon.com because, in my experience, its refund process is much easier. By making it so difficult to resolve occasional issues totaling perhaps $10-$15 a month, you risk losing thousands of dollars in business from loyal customers like me. I hope you reconsider this approach and make refunds for damaged or expired grocery deliveries easier. Otherwise, I will continue moving more of my purchases to Amazon.com, Target.com, and other retailers.

Some of the products here are name brand and some are brands I've never heard of but still get the job done. I purchased a shaving razor for $5 that included 12 replacement blades, a great deal but after opening the package I could tell they were very cheaply made. The razor works like it should but it's not as nice as my Gillette. The store is kept clean and somewhat organized. If you're looking for charging cords they might be in 5 different places so be sure to look around. Staff were friendly but it can take quite a while to get through the line and if you need assistance with an item you might be waiting for a while, especially during their busy times.

AC does not seem to be working properly, I am always sweaty while trying on clothes and just end up giving up. I brought it up to the cashier and she says that the employees were feeling cold which is why it's so hot in there.. that's unfair to customers!! Also the dressing rooms smells really bad and I could tell them others are also very sweaty and uncomfortable trying on clothing there.

Huge space but small selection. Even for a bin store. They have a lot of picked through empty boxes…read morecrowding the bins which is of course due to patrons opening and tossing items, but they could do more to clear those out throughout the day. We came at 1150 on a Saturday ($3 day) and there just wasn't much. I did get a big Christmas dog blanket, switch case, and cat tunnel for $3 each.

Instead of Tote Boys I call this the 'black hole.' If you have the patience to look through tables…read moreand bins of merchandise, you can find some great bargains, however it is going to take time. I have always been excited about the possibility of finding a great deal but so far have been disappointed in bin stores. They usually advertise all these expensive items but end up being Target returns with half the pieces missing. The store is located in the Casselberry Commons shopping center along with Publix and TJ Maxx. The closest crossroad is Semoran (436) and Howell Branch roads. Tote Boys has some items for sale like a juicer or top running shoes that have been pulled from bins and are marked with a price lower than retail. The bargain bins are organized in waist high tables about a foot deep. From the two times I have been there it seems like a lot of Amazon returns, but quality and frequently in their unopened packages. They have a table with scissors and tape where you can examine items you are considering. They have a few carts and also some large Blue IKEA shopping bags to hold your selections while you shop. As mentioned by another Yelper people may try to shop from your cart if you are not careful. They do not allow large purses or bags brought into the store. They also have totes of health and beauty items, food and cell phone cases that are a dollar or 2/$5. As of 11/2025 they start the bin prices at $10 on Wednesday and go down to $1 on Mondays. The staff were nice and friendly, clarifying pricing when asked. I bought consumable items like a case of protein drinks that normally go for 3.79 each and I found 12/$7. There were a few interesting items like chews to calm my dog during thunderstorms/fireworks or a supplement I had previously considered too expensive. The main thing is to check expiration dates on items and google items for current pricing. All sales are final. Ask yourself "when would I use this? Where would I store this when I'm not using it?" Just because it's a good deal doesn't mean you have to buy it. Tote Boys has the bargains.
