I will say the kids working there don't know much about the chickens or products so that could be tough if you're going in with questions but also to be expected. Wickham location that really initially frightened me, then really upset me, back to kinda making me feel a bit frightened again. So, I was in there with my daughter, 7, and we were taking our time. It was her special trip for doing so well at school and home, not that it matters, but her choice in reward was going to five below. Anyway, within the first like 10 minutes I noticed a man following us through the aisles and randomly getting closer and looking at the same items. He kept eyeing us and maintained closeness despite our aisle changes which were a direct result of him. With all of the trafficking and scams and everything out there, I probably spent a full 30 minutes of my time trying to figure out if he worked for you or if I should call the police. I had my daughter clutched. It was soo obvious at one time and I felt like he was texting someone, not really shopping, which made me even more paranoid as to what his intentions were. You guys have to realize that women with children have to be hyper aware of their surroundings, right? I mean, this man even went to the register in front of me to "purchase" a soda, nod at another employee and walk to the back. Not only did I feel unsafe while in your store, I also felt they my discomfort was evident by this man and he was overly excited to watch my daughter and I shop. I've worked retail and I understand loss prevention. I wasn't upset until I felt unsafe and that may daughter was being watched in such an inappropriate manner that I felt actual disgust in shopping there. My point, please take advantage of technology and try not to hire older men to follow women and children around your store while obviously communicating with someone inside or out of your store, about their every step. One, it embarrassing. Two, it's inappropriate and so unsafe. Thank you for sending this if you can.

It's a nice place to stop in for a healthy snack or lunch! But they are never quick.... the service is soooo slow. The last 3 times I've gone in, there's never an employee in the front. Sometimes you have to stand there for 5+ minutes before someone comes to the front. A. That doesnt seem safe & B. Maybe have more staff working at once? Once you do get to place an order, it takes forever. I hope they're making it from scratch, so thats what takes so long. Today I placed a to go order - on the menu it said "Hot N Melty Breakfast Sandwich" - but didn't list any ingredients. Okay whatever, I assumed eggs and cheese and it asked if I wanted to add bacon for $4, which I did opt for. Making my total $14.89 It WAS melty...but had 2 small pieces of bacon and boiled eggs! I have never seen that before, lol. Boiled eggs? Not scrambled? On a croissant breakfast sandwich? Is it because they are premade so its just easier? I wasnt expecting that. I also asked for a cup of water (which I've been given before) and I was told they're supposed to be selling the bottles of water. But I didn't want to buy a bottle of Costco Kirkland purified water... also, I needed a cup with a lid because it was for my toddler. Weird experience today. I love this place though. Usually really good food! Just extremely slow service. Friendly staff. But maybe they should consider having additional people working...and give egg options for their sandwiches...scrambled, fried, or I guess...boiled.
