Noticed that they now have a gas station (they didn't when I came here a couple of years ago) and it was $0.20 a gallon cheaper than other gas stations do filled up the rental car here. Gas station employees were friendly. I'd shop here again.

I did find one I liked in the clearance aisle so that was a great bargain. The sales associate was super sweet and assisted with helping me with my digital card on the app as I did not have it on me in person. I did browse the workout section, again a good variety but just wasn't what I came for today. Ofcourse, I needed at the front before check out grabbing a soda and snack. However 3 times in the last 2 weeks I wait on line with one register open and one to two other associates walking back and forth and not helping. Each time after the line grew to the end of the aisle and everyone waits eventually a lady frI'm the floor shows up opens a register and helps get the line under control. It is completely not fair to her to stop what she is doing to come help these other associates who have zero sense of urgency to help minimize the wait time. Today the associate who finally waited on me after the other associate came off the floor to help didn't even say hello to me. was returning something and she didn't ask if anything thing was wrong with the item. The daytime she spoke to me was when she said what card the refund was going to. Them I asked her if I could put my return toward the item I was purchasing and she got aggravated and started that process. During that time she said hello to customer who was passing who she must have known and asked her how she was doing in a completely different tone then she used with me. She printed my receipt then put it down in front of me instead of handing it to me. She didn't say anything to me. Even know they are making everyone wait each time I've been in there this is the first time I was treated so rudely. It's a shame that the check out line is ruining the good experience in the store prior to to leaving.

I'm staying in nearby Cocoa Beach and needed to do some shopping. I was very pleasantly surprised at the selection, the cleanliness of the store and the excellent customer service. I received five star service from Geneva, Jessica, and Danny. They were very helpful in assisting me with clothing and fragrance. This Macy's is a hidden gem.

When riding the escalator, you can see the entire first floor fairly easily. Since it's smaller, it didn't have as many choices as the Macy's in other malls. BUT, the mall hangs in there. Many empty and vacant store locations. Hardly any shoppers and difficult to locate any sales people. It is DIRTY. As in built up grime over years of not being cleaned very well. It DOES have a GQT brand with 16 theaters plus IMAX and is used by locals as an air-conditioned pace to walk for exercise. Otherwise, it is very sad.

After visiting across the street, I went to the main outlet mall area. It's a good place to get your steps in. There are a lot of stores, a food court and lots of tourists pushing luggage around, parking is parking. So just make sure to put your patient pants on. Still don't care for this mall and it's pretty aged at 26 years old. It looks older and I've been to older malls.
