The best store around town honestly. I always find what I'm looking for, and then some. The staff is amazing and so sweet!

Last weekend, I received a dress I bought on eBay. It still had the store's security tag on it. I…read morehad to go to TJ Maxx and try my luck, hoping they could remove the tag for me. The service at TJ Maxx is always great. The store manager there told me that Ross has special equipment to remove this type of security tag. When I arrived at Ross, sure enough, the alarm went off at the entrance . A very friendly female employee at Ross quickly helped me remove the security tag after she understood the situation. A similar thing happened 12 years ago at an outlet store in Orlando, where I bought a beautiful sweater, but the staff forgot to remove the security tag. From then on, every store I entered set off the alarm. It seemed like I didn't look like a thief, as no security personnel ever checked me. If I looked more suspicious, maybe they would have checked me out more thoroughly. Later, I realized the security tag was still on that sweater and hurried back to the store to have it removed. I still find this experience very amusing and funny.

Their prices are getting crazy and Ross seems to be staying pretty consistent with their prices and they have brand new clothing! Their customer service is great. They acknowledge every customer that comes in the store. I laugh and joke with every customer service representative that checks me out. I would definitely say that this location is worth coming to and checking out...absolutely.

A few days ago, I saw a pair of white pants I liked in the window display and decided to stop in. When I asked if they had the pants in a "Large" size, the older woman working at the time (who may be the owner) looked at me and my body and very sharply (and rudely) said that this store is a boutique. She explained that if their store carried sizes larger than a size 10, it would no longer be considered a boutique. If the goal of this store is to leave potential customers feeling humiliated and shamed for their bodies, then I'd say they're doing a great job. Please shop at any of the other, actually inclusive, boutiques in Cocoa Village - in the case of our little town, one bad apple does not actually spoil the bunch. (And a quick side note: when my daughter later left a review on my behalf, it was removed for not being a "firsthand experience." Well, here I am, the woman who went into the store in the first place, leaving my review of my firsthand experience.)

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to buy them that day. The following day, Monday, August 24, I happened to be at Merritt Island Square Mall, so I stopped by the JCPenney store there to see if they carried the same underwear. To my surprise, the exact same underwear had gone up in price in just one day--from $14 for two pairs to $10 per pair! I mentioned this to a JCPenney associate, Jacob, and he told me about a store policy that allowed me to receive $10 off if I provided my name and phone number. Thanks to him, the three pairs I purchased ended up costing about the same as the price I would have paid on Sunday. I really appreciate Jacob for taking the time to let me know about this option. He was also incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jacob, for your excellent customer service, and thank you, JCPenney, for having such a wonderful employee!

This store needs a lesson on customer service!!!…read more Especially in the clothing department, I was purchasing a dress that was marked on Clarence with a significant discount and it was perfect the event I had. I brought to the count to be purchased along with a very expensive watch we were buying. The lady had trouble with the system brining up Clarence price so she called someone over, I heard the name "amber" but I'm sure on her name. I explained I didn't switch the tags and it was on the huge sales rack along with other dresses and it was the only one in the store. She proceeded to be rude make to me and state "I know what you're saying and you can't have it". Then proceeded to put it back on the clothing rack a few minutes later with the sales tag still on. She was not polite at all and had a very rude attitude. If she simply would have said I'm sorry but I can't not sale it for XYZ reason then there would have been no issue.

I want to five other thrift stores and none of them had blankets . They said due to the cold snap they were sold out . I was told to go to the Sharing Center they have blankets but pricey . Boy were they right , I found at least 20 plus blankets that were donated for free at $20 a piece . He is on a fixed income and can't afford something like that or else I would have gone to Walmart and got him a brand new one for 30 dollars. While in the store me and other customers were complaining about the prices and how this is all free donated not claimed stuff being resold . Not only was I chewed out by your employee , I was also chewed out by your employees daughter who had her two dogs that were training to be service animals hopping all over. Then when I go outside to make a video about my experience with the blankets . Your employee's daughter wants to come out and threaten me tell me to get the f*** from around there because she thinks I'm talking about her dog . As a home health care nurse it breaks my heart to see all of the healthcare supplies back there and the prices you have it set at the prices you have set throughout that entire store . A thrift store is a second hand store donated for free so that those who are less fortunate can have . I look at a thrift store like a good book , once you find a good book you don't hold on to it forever you pass it around for other people to use to read to enjoy . Today was not enjoyable and I will never go back to that Sharing Center ever again !
