My sister, her kids, and I stepped into this store after our curiosity was spiked by some deals on the racks outside after picking up a few things at the neighboring dollar store. When we entered Shoe Carnival (another chain I was not familiar with), the sun was out. About five minutes later it was pouring. And if you are from Florida, you know what this means. It was entertaining to see the sales people try to rush in the racks from outside (they were as caught off-guard as we were). At that point, we put down our stuff and decided we would be there for awhile. My sister sat on a foot-stool in the corner and nursed a hungry baby - the main reason we weren't braving the torrential downpour. And I tried to keep the other two kids entertained by trying on lots of shoes. It was actually a lot of fun. To be fair, both my sister and I made purchases. The staff were also very understanding. Truthfully, I found one of my favorite pairs of sandals here - go figure, they have more options in Florida. And they were cheap ;-).

I initially came in to purchase a 9-foot board I had my eye on. After deciding to buy it, I stepped out briefly to grab my son so he could help me load it into my truck. When I returned, the board was gone--needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. I spoke with a salesperson named Dave, who explained that the board actually wasn't supposed to be on the sales floor--it had been custom-made for the shop and was pulled by the general manager and placed in an office. Even so, Dave didn't stop there. He took the time to listen to my situation and understand how much this meant to me, especially as it was intended to be my Father's Day gift. Dave went out of his way to help and connected me with the manager, Chip. Chip took things to the next level--he made calls to the general manager and even reached out to corporate to see if anything could be done. After about 45 minutes of effort, he came back with incredible news: they got approval to sell me the board. Neither Dave nor Chip had to go to those lengths, but they did--and that level of customer care is rare. They could have easily said no and moved on, but instead they went out of their way to make my day. As a local, I'll be out riding waves on this board and proudly telling this story. Ron Jon didn't just sell me a surfboard--they delivered an unforgettable experience. Thank you, Dave, Chip, and the corporate team for making my Father's Day!

Largest surf shop in the world at 52,000 square feet of cool, rad, and gnarly, awesome things (shirts, jewelry, swim wear, accessories, beauty products, home decor, surf boards, rash guards, sunglasses, etc). If you can walk out without buying a shirt, keychain or sticker, I would either be impressed, or think something was wrong with you. Free parking (time limit) in the back of the shop. Long arse lines at all the registers, but that's a testament to how popular this place is. My husband who is an (ex-)surfer, totally loved this shop. He said visiting this store was one of the highlights of the trip.

It has been neglected…read moreover the years and there are many rumors of it being torn down and the property used for the homeless, price controlled apartments, medical offices, a new hospital, being remodeled as a new updated mall, and a location for food trucks. BUT, the mall hangs in there. Many empty and vacant store locations. Hardly any shoppers and difficult to locate any sales people. It is DIRTY. As in built up grime over years of not being cleaned very well. It DOES have a GQT brand with 16 theaters plus IMAX and is used by locals as an air-conditioned pace to walk for exercise. Otherwise, it is very sad.

I received five star service from Geneva, Jessica, and Danny. They were very helpful in assisting me with clothing and fragrance. This Macy's is a hidden gem.

When riding the escalator, you can see the entire first floor fairly easily. Since it's smaller, it didn't have as many choices as the Macy's in other malls. Even pathetic Fashion Square Mall in Orlando was a lot bigger. I guess it's the area in which it lives. I didn't find much to choose from here, but if I return to Merritt Island, I'll stop in and see what the store has to offer.

In my 15 minute drive to Cocoa Beach my shuttle driver mentioned Beall's Outlet at least three…read moretimes. I've never heard of this before, so when I saw it, I had to go find out what it is. Beall's Outlet is a cross between the furniture section at TJ MAxx and Ocean State Job Lot. Here you'll find all kinds of home accessories, like lamps, art, tablecloths, pillows and candles. They also have snacks, mugs, toys, beach essentials, and more. Everything is nicely organized and it's easy to navigate. Despite it being packed with things, there are clear paths for getting close to each item. The nicer items are quite expensive, each chair is $500 - $700. If a store sells furniture that also sells popcorn, the cost should be much lower. There are some items here that are priced appropriately, that I would be interested in getting. I wouldn't go out of my way to get to Beall's Outlet, if you're a local you might find some goods that are worth your time.

I want to five other thrift stores and none of them had blankets . They said due to the cold snap they were sold out . I was told to go to the Sharing Center they have blankets but pricey . Boy were they right , I found at least 20 plus blankets that were donated for free at $20 a piece . He is on a fixed income and can't afford something like that or else I would have gone to Walmart and got him a brand new one for 30 dollars. While in the store me and other customers were complaining about the prices and how this is all free donated not claimed stuff being resold . Not only was I chewed out by your employee , I was also chewed out by your employees daughter who had her two dogs that were training to be service animals hopping all over. Then when I go outside to make a video about my experience with the blankets . Your employee's daughter wants to come out and threaten me tell me to get the f*** from around there because she thinks I'm talking about her dog . As a home health care nurse it breaks my heart to see all of the healthcare supplies back there and the prices you have it set at the prices you have set throughout that entire store . A thrift store is a second hand store donated for free so that those who are less fortunate can have . I look at a thrift store like a good book , once you find a good book you don't hold on to it forever you pass it around for other people to use to read to enjoy . Today was not enjoyable and I will never go back to that Sharing Center ever again !
