Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to buy them that day. The following day, Monday, August 24, I happened to be at Merritt Island Square Mall, so I stopped by the JCPenney store there to see if they carried the same underwear. To my surprise, the exact same underwear had gone up in price in just one day--from $14 for two pairs to $10 per pair! I mentioned this to a JCPenney associate, Jacob, and he told me about a store policy that allowed me to receive $10 off if I provided my name and phone number. Thanks to him, the three pairs I purchased ended up costing about the same as the price I would have paid on Sunday. I really appreciate Jacob for taking the time to let me know about this option. He was also incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I brought to the count to be purchased along with a very expensive watch we were buying. The lady had trouble with the system brining up Clarence price so she called someone over, I heard the name "amber" but I'm sure on her name. I explained I didn't switch the tags and it was on the huge sales rack along with other dresses and it was the only one in the store. She proceeded to be rude make to me and state "I know what you're saying and you can't have it". Then proceeded to put it back on the clothing rack a few minutes later with the sales tag still on. She was not polite at all and had a very rude attitude. If she simply would have said I'm sorry but I can't not sale it for XYZ reason then there would have been no issue.

The shoe sales company, itself, I like. I really get enticed by their BOGO 50% Off offers any time I come in there (it gives me a great excuse to pick up two pairs instead of just one.) But the sales associates are less than friendly, regardless of the day or time I shop there, and there's nothing to mention when it comes to service. It's as if they are simply caretaking the place, and the way some shoes are just strewn on display, it doesn't look like their doing due diligence in that area. Shoe selection is wide and varied, but the actual sizes offered are always - and I mean always - hit or miss. Another source of frustration. I do like that the store is larger and has more of a selection, so that is plus to entice me to drop in when I'm in the area. Otherwise, it's a company that offers a service I do like, so I will come back even with the warts involved.
