Terrible customer service. Extremely disrespectful staff. Multiple items listed in stock no where to be found on the sales floor. Team members actively run away from you if you try to ask a question . Exclusionary behavior and business practices. Staff claims it's a ' small store' so that justifies them being mean, rude and nasty. read more

It's not as big as other Targets but they've been good with stocking and asking if I need help from what I see so far. They're pretty diligent with their carts and greeting customers and maybe the complaints I see on Yelp aren't a problem anymore or I just plain haven't seen/experience it yet. This Target does a pretty good job considering how much traffic they get and how small they are. I'll update if I see consistent change for the worse or better. I've only been here a year. read more

I went into Target in my town after school with my kids to pick up some frozen pizzas and snacks. To my surprise the coolers were being repaired but a staff member came over to me and asked what I was looking for. I replied - what happened to the frozen pizzas? He said he is in the process of stocking the cooler because it was just repaired then he asked what kind of frozen pizza I was looking for. I said 2 pepperoni Tombstones and 2 supreme Tombstones with green peppers. He assured me he was going to go onto the frozen truck outside, which was holding the frozen foods, and find me the pizzas. He came back 5-7 mins later with 2 pepperoni Tombstone and 2 Red Baron supreme pizzas (they didn't carry supreme in Tombstone). I was amazed he took the time to do that for me especially being we were starving. I'd like to give a shout out to Joseph at the Hammock Landing location Melbourne, FL. This target is so poorly managed. I came yesterday to specifically shop the bullseye playground. It was barely stocked. The cart with all the bullseye labeled boxes was blocking much of the stuff that WAS there. I inquired to a manager about when they would be opening the boxes and stocking and she just said "he's working on it" and walked away. I gave them a whole day and came back just now and the carts with all the boxes are still there sitting unattended. Finally a man comes up to the cart and fiddles around so I ask him if he's seen a certain item I'm looking for that's supposed to be in the playground. He says no he hasn't seen it so then I ask him... do you know when you're going to be down with the boxes and he says hmm maybe today or tomorrow. I'm not coming back here just to keep seeing boxes unopened. This should have been done already. read more

Usually a great shopping experience but you need to control where service dogs are put. A customer with her dog sitting comfortably in the baby cart of a shopping cart is very unhealthy. Some humans (including babies of course) are allergic to pets and shouldn't share the same space as babies. Dogs can and should walk or held in the customer's container. When I went to Target today, and a couple other times before, with my mom we would look in the girls clothing section and I like Harry Potter so we would look in Harry Potter girls clothing section and I saw this very cute Harry Potter shirt and we were about to buy it but it had a typo on it!! Arthur Weasley's name was on there and they forgot the A on his first name!! So I would not recommend buying this Harry Potter shirt. But overall I love this target. It's very convenient because it is under 5 minutes away from my house!! read more

I like coming to this target location when I am on the south side of town. Today I am getting travel products like toothpaste, hair gel, mouth wash, etc etc. They carry everytging you need for home and family here. Also their products are a little more pricey than Walmart but they usually are better quality. You get what you pay for. read more

I just left this store. One of their employees (assuming she's a manager) followed us up to the register. We had three large coolers. She stood at the register until we paid for them. I don't know why this person did that when there was absolutely no reason for her action. Yes, im black and I just stayed in your city for a week. To stay in your city, I spent $7000. Plus, im sure you're an hourly or low paid manager having the nerve to follow me. Being black doesn't mean we all don't have money. Target is the best, live there store. I went in to return something I got as a gift and of course left the receipt. I figured I was in for a fight, but the staff was so easy to work with. My cousin was able to email me a copy and get the issue resolved. I was so impressed with how the staff handled everything I ended up buy a few hundred more in gifts. Basic Target. Service is usually pretty good and it's never too crowded. Those are the pros. Honestly, not too many cons...there's just not as big a selection as I'm accustomed to for Target, even a basic Target...that's okay though, there's a Super Target across town. First off, let me say that I've been a fan of Target since I can remember and I go out of my way to come here if it means choosing between the "W" store and driving a further distance to get to a Target. Today, the store (as usual) was very clean, well stocked and organized. There were plenty of store associates roaming the store, offering help and there were also plenty of cashiers. The target is ok, same as all targets, they have the grocery section, the electronics and the clothes, everything in one. The problem with the target falls on customer service. I was checking out and my card got denied, but the way I was told it was denied was very rude. And when I asked her if I could swipe again Lori, our cashier, sighed, annoyingly said yes and shook her head. She continued this rude banter when my card did not work the second time (I had money on it, it worked at the next store I visited). My friend ended up paying for me and she still seemed upset. There was no one in line behind us so it's not like we were holding a busy line up either (even though that would still be unacceptable customer service). Unfortunately, you won't see me at this Target again because of Lori. read more

This store seems a little dark compared to the others in the area, but it is an older store. They have a much smaller grocery section than the other two local Targets - sorry, no fresh food at this store. I find that this store is less crowded than the other Target stores so I can generally get in and out fairly quickly which is great. Too much time in Target = too much money spent. read more
