I went to get a gift card for friends and I was very happy with their selection...I was able to choose from restaurants, stores, cinemas, Google play, regular VISA, MC or AMEX, etc. I find that giving a credit card gift card like VISA is easier since the recipient can spend on anything they want...when they are given a specific gift card like a restaurant or store, they really need to tailor their purchase to that particular establishment. I go to Target this morning at 10:00 AM. There's no register nobody working except for self check out. This is ridiculous. The girl that was at the self checkout said that three people called in. What does it tell you?????you guys aren't paying your workers right or you're hiring people part-time which people will not go for that you gotta remember everything went up eggs, milk everything in your store went up grocery stores as well. So you need to pay your workers better otherwise people are gonna leave and go somewhere else where they can find full-time and better pay!! read more

It's very busy inside, but it's definitely clean and kept beautifully for how many people come and go here. The employees have said hello to me and are very nice. I'm returning a few things and I'm also buying some towels and sheets. This is a Target I really like because the customer service is always great at this location. Supertarget! Starbucks inside too. Mmmm. Super Target but a P fresh store. So they've got that produce man. Market Pantry and Archer Farms yourself silly. Parking lot solely for Target patrons. Kind of closed off and across the street from Walmart or Starbucks. Nothing else here but Target. Carts are routinely picked up, thank you. BIG difference over the nearby Walmarts. This store has clothes. A small Target snack station. Produce. Electronics. Camping and fitness items. A seasonal section. All well laid out with clean racks and aisles. Not everything is brand new but it's definitely from 2010 onwards which is nice. Enter and clothes to your left in the normal Target layout. Greeting cards and cosmetics to your right. Pretty good pet section too in terms of toys and food. Generally helpful staff. Obviously friendlier than Walmart but unfortunately not by much. Still they'll suggest sales or cartwheel deals. If I could give this target 0 I would. We have been going there for over a year and the checkout service has always been okay. One of the two self service areas open (each area has 4 registers) and then one or two manned check outs open. Two weekends in a row now zero self service open and 1 solitary person on the register while 4 plus were over at the customer service no doubt running shopping out to the sensible people who don't want to go inside and spend more money, or worse not be able to check out since only one register is open. No manager in sight. Probably not on duty because as a manager if my store was short staffed I would be in register. Won't be going there again. Left without purchasing my stuff went to Walmart where they had plenty of staff. read more

This location was a bit smaller than others, but it was conveniently located near our hotel. My wife needed a beach cover-up and was on the hunt for a specific express nail polish. She wasn't able to find it at her favorite store across the street, so I spotted this Target. The moment we walked in the store, there were numerous beach cover-ups on display. Being on the smaller side had its advantages! It didn't take her long to try on a few, and she found the nail polish. I convinced her to buy several shades since this particular brand isn't available in Canada. Since it was quite late, the store was empty and were in/out 20 minutes. Something about this particular store is very odd. Three issues I have: 1. Myself, friends, other guests and team members have been shocked pretty much everything and anything you touch. Some times it's worse than others. Few months ago I went in for some groceries. I was shocked maybe 8 times. One of them was so powerful I felt my entire right arm go numb. 2. Cell phone reception. I don't know if there's a device that shuts off the phone that they're using but it's horrible. Calls constantly fail, the other person can't hear. Especially if you have family running to target and they call you 3 times and you hear nothing but silence with an occasional beep of their voice. It's annoying. 3. Some of the team members/and or team leads could use an attitude adjustment. I'm a frequent, long time shopper of target. I used to shop there when the only one around was on 192 in Melbourne. But with the Viera location, I have encountered some nasty behaviors. Especially form a front end supervisors that snarked are an employee because he was on break and I let him ahead of me with his two items he was buying for his break. That was my decision, he didn't ask. Same front end supervisor also gave me an horrible issue about a grocery item that rang up wrong. Normally I would have said oh well. But not when it's a $5 difference. She acted as if it was my fault the item didn't ring up correctly. read more

Seems like there are never any workers around. Anytime that I have a question I can't find anyone. I don't go to this place much anymore because they don't have a lot of the food items that we like. If we find something we like, they are out of it. I mostly go during Halloween season because they have a great selection. read more

No one has mentioned the fact that this Super Target has lots of organic and certified non-GMO foods. So in that respect it's miles ahead of the Walmart across the street. No comparison! In fact, Target carries a better selection of fresh organic produce and grass-fed beef than Publix! I use my Target debit card and save 5% every time I shop there ... so even if you could find an item priced a few cents cheaper, why bother? So it's a Target, right? I mean, what do you say about a Target that not everyone knows? Well, to start, this is a Super Target, so they have the full Grocery thing going on, and if you like Pizza Hut (yuck!), there is one in here, and a Starbucks as well. Like any Target, it is ultra-eye-squinting-bright in here. So if I am tired, this will certainly wake me up. The bigger issue is that it is directly across the street from Walmart, and I feel like Target corporate must have made that "GO" decision at some point thinking that Viera would have enough people that are willing to pay slightly more in favor of a store that doesn't smell, is ultra-clean, and has decent product. This target is curiously positioned directly across the street from our neighborhood Walmart superstore. Walmart had a bit of a head start so their clientele is much more established. But I must say shopping is much more frightening at Walmart than it is at target. This Target appears to be never crowded, which is both great, and disturbing. I wonder how it can stay in business without a critical mass of shoppers, and that worries me. With that said, the parking lot is always well lit and it feels much safer there. Are usually don't have to worry about getting mowed down by a speeding motorist like I have to worry about at Walmart. The prices are very competitive and the quality is almost identical to Walmart. This election is about the same, I imagine these stores are kind of clones of each other. But that's a good thing. My wife tells me the groceries at Target are a little bit more expensive than Walmart, but if it's worth saving your life over a few bucks, it's money well spent. The cashiers and associates are much more friendly here, is the Walmart people seem underpaid and ironically entitled. I've warned parking lot attendant about obstructions in their parking lot before, like carts or boxes or crates in the middle of the driveway, and they just seem to ignore me at Walmart. Their lack of concern is disturbing. I don't sense this at Target. Plus, if you're one of those Starbucks kids, while your wife is running through buying women's clothes, you can kick your feet back and enjoy a mocha in the clean and trendy cafe. There's plenty of hot chicks to look at too. I have vowed never to go across the street again, although target is a little bit more difficult in and out, with only one entrance on a strange curve to get out, it's definitely safer, cleaner, and a much better shopping trip. read more

The store was clean and organized and the service was friendly. I love this place. The location is perfect. The parking lot is not even too bad considering. The store is huge and always always well kept and clean. The cleanest bathrooms I have ever been in. The store layout just sense great sense. Not cluttered at all. And a Starbucks as soon as you walk in. Woohoo! If you are looking for something and can't find it, look here they have everything and if they don't, it's because they don't make it. The employees are great and helpful. They always know right where something is in the store and are willing to show you exactly where the item is. They have many employees working and have many registers open and usually I am not more then 3 deep at a register. Good selection and sizes of clothes. Good dollar selection. Great travel game section. I specifically stopped in here to purchase some games for my grandson as we were at the beach and he had a broken leg. So this is actually my favorite Target in the area. Or it was until last month. My credit card got hacked! I ALWAYS pay in cash, but I didn't have enough for the cute things that Target was forcing me to buy that day. It's not really this Target's fault- corporate needs to get their stuff together. For a $10 purchase, I wound up getting charged for hundreds of dollars- luckily I noticed it as it was happening- and having to make a lot of annoying phone calls to prove that I was not in fact the one making charges in South Africa. USE CASH AT TARGET, people! 4 months later, it's still not safe... But this is definitely one of the cleanest and largest Targets I've ever been in. And the cashiers are always ridiculously nice! It's cleaner, it's more convenient, people seem to care here, and I feel safer. There's just something about Walmart that gives me the skeeves. The prices are a little bit higher on some things, but I think it's worth it for my own well-being. The pharmacy is friendly and better staffed. The supermarket is always well stocked and a lot cleaner than Walmart looks. They have a really good selection of electronics and they are arranged in a way that makes sense. Plus there's a Starbucks inside. Personally I hate Starbucks, but a lot of people seem to dig that. And a snack bar with pretzels and pizza and slushies if you get the munchies. Unfortunately, you won't find all the interesting people to look at that you'll find at a typical Walmart. Much less body art and plumber's cracks.
