She said it wasn't her fault they put things in the sled wrong. I asked how it could be wrong for 3 weeks. Again she said it was wrong. So basically what I got from this interaction was...have the app and scan your products THEN scan the shelf. I mean. Give me a break. I worked customer service and I never did this to customers.
