I love this Walmart. I've been going to this Walmart location for many years now and they've always been great. I especially appreciate that Walmart carries Apple products. I bought some Apple wired ear buds here once, and I really appreciated being able to get an Apple product same day, locally, here at Walmart. I went to the bakery at this Walmart yesterday, and I got some mini cupcakes, and they were delicious, some of the best cupcakes that I ever had. The quality of food that Walmart sells in the brand Great Value is always good! We had stuffed mushrooms for dinner last night after buying groceries at Walmart during the day yesterday and our dinner was beyond delicious. I appreciate that Walmart has restrooms in the front and in the back of the store as well. I definitely recommend Walmart! read more

FAKE/FRAUDULENT POKEMON BOOSTER PACKS SOLD HERE, FINAL SALE/NO REFUNDS! Fraud practices, DO NOT SHOP HERE! They do not inform you of the deception or the 'final-sale/no refund' policy, there's no signage about it at all anywhere, and self-identifying 'managers' are NOT the STORE MANAGER (name written on your receipt [Angela] so they lie & deceive you, then keep your money - their policy covers them as they do this! Even if you call corporate, they just cite that hidden/secret 'policy' and refuse exchanges for real Pokemon booster packs or refunds!) The law is on the side of the frauds, in this case! The fake packs are mixed in with and packaged as actual official Pokemon booster packs, and they are even printed with the Pokemon TM logo and pictures of Pokemon on the pack to add to their convincing appearance. It is deliberately VERY deceptive/misleading - don't trust this place or these people!!! We purchased what we thought were official Pokemon booster packs, as they are packaged and labeled as such. After buying them, we found a teeny-tiny, almost microscopic label on the bottom left pack of the cards that said the cards in the pack are 'purchased from the secondary market and repackaged for retail sale by MJ Holding Company, LLC'. We were shocked because no one in the store had informed us of this. The packaging makes it look very convincingly like a legitimate official Pokemon booster pack, it even says Pokemon TM - the official trademark, is on the pack really big on top. Upon realizing this, we immediately brought the unopened packs and our receipt back to the store and upon trying to exchange for proper official Pokemon booster packs or alternatively return them for a refund so we could buy official real proper packs, but instead we were then told that they had secretly been 'final sale' - and even though we were completely uninformed, not even given the chance to disagree to this (we never agree to final sale/no returns type policies! We would not have bought these if we had been informed!) when we bought them, and believed the packs to be Walmart's own items, having no idea they were from some unknown/hidden third party vendor (MJ Holding Company, LLC), they still kept our money! It's an absolute outrage! We feel tricked out of our money and are just shocked we were uninformed this was final sale, that it was a false pack manipulated/repacked by some non-Walmart company, and have no power to get our money back from Walmart. We feel like our rights were totally violated in this! Is this America?! This repack scheme is now a well-know 'legal fraud' scam about which a ton of people (including us!) are increasingly complaining to the FCC, BBB, and their banks to get these fraud 'repacks' refunded and pulled off the shelves. These fraud repacks come in nice-looking cardboard sleeve and are printed nicely with blue, red, black and white right now. The ones we got scammed into buying feature the Pokemon Rayquaza on the front. Repacks are well known to contain unwanted/low-quality/non-valuable common cards, and these fraud packs even cost $3 more than the real packs! We are livid. We will boycott Walmart and their fraud practices and their dirty, ugly, miserly stores from now on, for life! GIVE BACK OUR MONEY, YOU LYING, DECEIVING, FRAUDULENT CHEATS!!! A brief stop to visit the restrooms which were decent and then pick up a few snacks for the road. The store was clean and decently stocked. A longish wait at the self-checkout which has started to become customary at Walmart. They were checking receipts at the exit but we apparently didn't need checking as we were waved past. Horrible, terrible service. I paid for 4 propane tank exchanges inside Walmart at the customer service center, the very rude "customer service" rep told me to go to the garden center and wait and she'll page someone and they'll come to "help". I asked if I should wait inside the garden center or outside in the sun as the garden center is locked from the outside. I was again instructed the same exact thing to wait at the garden center, no clarity on whether to wait inside or outside or whether to get my empty propane tanks out of the car. So I went outside, drove my car to the locked gate of the garden center, put all my propane tanks right outside the locked garden center gate, so that it's easier to just exchange them once the Walmart rep comes to help. I waited 1/2hour in the hot sun, no one came out to the garden center to help, so I re-park my car, leaving the empty propane tanks sitting outside the locked garden center gate. I then walk back inside and tell the Walmart customer service rep I've been waiting very long and no one came to help. She said she'll page them again and told me to wait outside the garden center gate again. I again wait for 30mins, and now as one can imagine, I'm pissed. I go back inside to ask them for help and they very casually page again. I told them PLEASE Make sure someone comes out this time to help, PLEASE, PLEASE. And one of the Guys standing there says oh this time they responded so someone should be on their way as we speak.... I ask "So wait a minute the second time I came around after waiting in the hot sun for half an hour, you did not make sure someone responded??!" He just looks at me with a dumb look and remained silent... I highly suggest if you want to be treated with human dignity and respect as any customer should expect, do NOT go here. Here's the unfortunate reality, places like Walmart can do these kinds of things and get away with it because there is no other competition. I don't like going to this Walmart because the customer service is always pretty bad but it is on the way home so sometimes I do out of convenience. I went in about 3 weeks ago to purchase pampers. The sign said it was on sale. I grabbed a box then continued to shop then checked out like nothing. When I got home I realized that I was charged 14 dollars over what I should have. I didn't make a big deal because it was my fault for not checking the receipt before I left. I went in today. SAME SALE. ALL ITEMS IN THE SAME SPOT! So this time I took a photo and a video of the area. I personally checked out to make sure I got the price. It scanned at 14 dollars over AGAIN. I asked an employee to come over and help. She watched the video 3x. She saw the photo. Then told me I had the wrong item. I said how so if it was in that spot with that price tag for 3 weeks. She said it wasn't her fault they put things in the sled wrong. I asked how it could be wrong for 3 weeks. Again she said it was wrong. So basically what I got from this interaction was...have the app and scan your products THEN scan the shelf. I mean. Give me a break. I worked customer service and I never did this to customers. If this is the Viera Walmart I have to say it looks terrible. The women's clothing department does not display the clothing well and it looks a lot like a rummage sale. What happened? Other Walmarts have newer clothing areas and they look great. This is an affluent area- why does it look so bad? Never has the sizes in shoes, or the bag choices or the outfits seen on influencers. NIGHTMARE, The only reason one star given was so I could write this review. My husband had a horrendous experience in the Viera Walmart Automotive Dept. He made an appointment for battery replacements (main and auxiliary). When he DROVE it in they changed the batteries and the car wouldn't start. The so called shop supervisor worked on it for over 2 hours and never could get the car started. He told my husband to bring in the bill when we got it fixed. We had to have the car towed home at our expense because by now the local dealer was closed and it was a Friday night. On Monday morning, the car was towed (yes another tow) to the dealer and they repaired the error made by Walmart. The dealer diagnosed that it had bent clamps on the auxiliary battery compartment and caused a short in the fuse box. The bill was almost $1100 in repairs not counting the towing and rental car for 3 days (Saturday to Monday). The bill breakdown for Walmart's part is $678. We brought the bill to them only wanting compensation for their part which was the fuse box and clamps and labor to do this. The battery replacement was our responsibility. When he went to Walmart with the bill, the shop supervisor told him, "They didn't do anything (wrong)". He asked for the Automotive Manager and was told he was at a Dr Appt. Convenient, right? We have been trying to reach the Store Manager and can't get anyone to answer the phone. This debacle has caused us financial and emotional distress. Merry Christmas to two senior citizens who had to pay for an error made by a multi-billion dollar company with a less than truthful employee. Beware!!! read more

Terrible Service - Placed an order for In-Home delivery 2 days ago, cannot reach anyone at the store for any information, updates on the delay stopped yesterday, no idea if or when it will ever be delivered. Have tried calling store at least 40 times in last 2 days, no one ever answers, just rings and tells me they are too busy to take my call. What is the point of paying for Walmart+ and then even more on top of that for In-Home Delivery only to have no delivery and no communications. What a waste of money. read more

I am disappointed with the store in Viera, Florida. This is the only Walmart Store in Brevard County that does not require Spark Drivers to show their ID's when doing a shop and deliver or curbside order. There a lot of drivers coming to this store from other counties in Florida to conduct deliveries for Spark. These drivers know that they can have fake accounts or multiple Spark accounts and this store will not do anything about it. I would like to rate this Walmart a 4 out of 5 stars because the employees are very nice to us, and this one employee even said hi to us as we were walking in. The only thing is that the items are very hard to find, and I wish that they labeled every aisle. If they did, shoppers would have less trouble finding the products they need. DO NOT USE THERE PICK UP I had ordered specifically 5w-20 oil and when they didn't have any, they replaced it with 5w-30 as soon as I checked in to pick it up in their parking area. They stated prior they had had them in stock. So I refused to accept it during pick up. I told the kid working to refund it. I get home to find that I had accepted all items. I try calling several times to no avail. I'm literally going to have to get back there and tell them to refund me. Had an awesome experience at the Auto Center today. I dealt with a woman named Lisa, very professional, knowledgeable and extremely calm with an influx of at least six or seven more customers as she took care of me and pushed me through for my appointment. I stood and watched how she dealt with each and every one of them with ease while I was waiting. She is most definitely an asset to have in this store. I wouldn't hesitate to return. So many rude employees. They only point to what you are asking for. But the prices are good that is why we keep coming back. Update: I had the worst experience with the Walmart pick up. When I got there and checked in they didn't come out for about 20 minutes. I had to call to see what was going on and the lady told me she will be about in a few. Another 20 minutes go by and I am starting to get very ticked off! No one could answer my questions as to where my stuff was at and what was taking so long. FINALLY, they come out and the girl was clueless to pretty much the world. She then started to try and make small talk and I wasn't having it. I told her to not talk to me and put the stuff in the car and let me go. I signed for my stuff and finally left. Before I even left the parking lot I was trying to call a manager because I had somewhere I needed to be so I couldn't walk in. They kept putting me on hold and never coming back to the phone to say they are trying to get someone. Then they sent me to Garden Center (WHY???) and it kept ringing and then hung up on me. I was hung up on 3 times! By this time I was fuming and I demanded to speak to someone. Then magically someone answered and he really didn't know what to tell me. Just kept saying sorry. I told him that something needs to be done and corrected because this took WAY too much of my time. I have to say that he did rectify part of the problem with a gift card. I haven't tried to do the pick up again but I will give it 1 more chance and then if that doesn't work well then I will bring this concern high up. Over at that location, it doesn't seem like the left-hand knows what the right is doing. They don't have communication with each other. Very sad. read more

I am not too happy about picking up my groceries today; 6/9/22. Since there was a damaging incident. The employee placing groceries in my car told me the cat litter bag ripped open and there was cat litter coming out so she was going to take it back inside to get a replacement, I said okay, and then she started saying, "oh no, oh no," I said what's wrong as I was getting out of the car. She said the large bottle of bleach spilled over some groceries, I said go get paper towels and I started removing the grocery bags out of my car onto the pavement. The bags were wet. My carpet was soaked in bleach, The girl never came back out but another employee did. He was very helpful and gave me paper towels to start drying the bleach up. He also gave me two small water bottles to rinse the carpet out. As I was wiping up the bleach the employees took the groceries off the pavement and back into the store to replace the bags. I had to wait a long time for a manager to come out and address the situation. I submitted my incident report to Autumn, the manager. She told me Wal-Mart will call or email me to fix the carpet. I then had to wait a while longer for her to give me a $25 Gift Card. I am not too happy about this whole ordeal. My car smells like bleach. read more

Full Walmart. Clothes and automotive. Not the cleanest store you'll see but I don't expect much from Walmart to be honest. Get in, get what you need, get out. The war zone strategy! Lots of parking. Also lots of carts to avoid. The staff at this location do remove them but it's almost an uphill losing battle. Store greeters which you don't normally see anymore to points for that. Clothes. Produce. Deli. Automotive and outdoor garden. Self checkout. All the usual items you'll find at a large Walmart. This spot had a McDonald's instead of the newer Subway. Staff is a good mix of young and old. Chipper and uninterested attitudes. Shelves generally stocked and clean. This is a huge thing I rarely see in Walmarts so points again. Not my favorite store but you could do A LOT WORSE than this location. read more

Generally a nice store with helpful associates. Customer service Department is unfriendly and unhelpful. Placed a curbside order for $65 and included were damaged cake pans. We repeatedly tried calling the store and phone was not answered. We reluctantly went to customer service in the store. We were given a refund, but they were unable to find an employee to swap them out. We ordered curbside touchless pickup to avoid going into store, but they do not Have a system in place for touchless return of defective merchandise. Ordered similar pans from Amazon, two day free delivery. A chain is as strong as its weakest link. Better training is needed, and please answer the phone. So I has a good experience once with the grocery pick up. I tried several times after and I think there is something definitely malfunctioning. They were able to do it right once, so they must know how to do it effectively. So they will delay your pickup time at the time you need to pick it up. Its like canceling a meeting after it ready started. The app and email/text will auto generate and it will say your order is delayed. So that means I definitely. I had to co.e back the next day and try to relieve my ready purchases groceries. The phone on many occasions can not be answered and the voice-mail is full. You can't go into to store to get your groceries because they will not allow it. Unless you want to cancel your order, which you can't after you check I to the app at store. It will take 3 days to get your money back. At that point you have waited 2 days, already paid for your product, and they have it, but will only give it to you when they are ready...and they don't know when that will be. You get all that info after you pay for the service and groceries.. People are waiting up to 2 hours today. I'm not sure how long this will continue,, but it seems to be a bad business model. I bought the most expensive oil and the Mobil 1 filter. As a result, I was refused the replacement of oil. The reason for the refusal is simply ridiculous))). The vacuum vacuum pump does not rest against the bottom of the crankcase and enters the engine completely)))). How do you like this? In fact, their vacuum tube is twice as long as the dipstick of the oil level !!! I think that in fact they did not want to unscrew the oil filter (dodge ram 3500 promaster). The pick-up grocery service is getting worse. They are always ,40 minutes or more, late once you have parked and checked in. Often if I get a message telling me the item is out of stock, if I go in before I pick-up, the items are right there. Did they just not want to go get it? I have given up on this service. read more

It's got everything you need for groceries, auto and more under the sun. The good points are this location is generally well stocked and tidy. The photo person is friendly and speedy, passport pix under 5 mins is great The greeters at the door are nice. The cashiers, some are more efficient and some are chatty kathys. The bad points are the aisle stockers who have a bad attitude towards customers, so disgruntled that they complain and mutter under their breath in front of your face for no reason other than shopping there! Taking it out on customers is unprofessional and plain rude, whether they're happy working there or not. I'm sorry I asked politely if they had something in stock and its your first/10th/1000th time they heard it. But they are there to work and assist people, not yell at ppl and ruin their day. This has happened on a few occassions with stockers. If they see carts and shoppers in their way, how about saying 'excuse me', don't just complain and give them an evil stare as if they never seen such a thing? Those rotten few really need training in their 'customer skills'. I can see why others praise Publix as a much more pleasant shopping experience. No attitudes there, just fresh food and their courteous, helpful staff. read more

Went to Walmart here in Viera maybe 3 times in the last week. I was able to find everything I was looking for fairly quickly. I do have to say, the chocolate cake with chocolate fudge frosting is possibly the best cake I have ever bought there in all the years it has been here. My complaint for this store is usually the same thing. If you are going to put in maybe 30 checkout lines or more, why is there only 3 or 4 open with the lines all backed up. AND if you dare go in a 20 lane express line....... forget it, eyes roll over the cart as if to scan making sure you only have 20 items. You find yourself doing a quick scan counting in your head.... 1,2,3,18,19,22........ Dare I check out here or should I quickly turn around and go to a lane 9 people deep with everyone having at least 50 items in each cart!!! IF YOU BUILD IT......... THEY WILL COME........ And they will expect to be checked out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

I placed an online for pickup order, and all the items (30) were in stock on the app. When it was time for me to pick up, I received an email telling me 16 items were out of stock and that I hadn't been charged. I asked an employee why I didn't get substitutes and she I formed me they weren't doing substitute items. I then went into the store to get the substitute items and found that 14 of my "out of stock" items were on the shelf. There isn't a point to doing grocery pick up if employees refuse to do their jobs. Definitely do not recommend this store for anything resembling customer service, including pick up and delivery. read more

I go here for most of my food because you can get the exact same items here much cheaper than at Publix. This location is in a good neighborhood so you dont have to deal with the freaks and rednecks you find at ghetto Walmart locations. Most times I save between 20 cents and a dollar per item. Some items I save more than a dollar per item compared to Publix. The long lines are a bit of an issue at this store but its nice to see a Walmart parking lot filled with Lexus and BMW. I don't lIke leaving bad reviews hence all of my 5 star reviews but this experience I'd like to spare someone else. Picture this...you order groceries to be ready between 6-7 pm. I'm emailed that the order is delayed. Well that's inconvenient since I am already here but OK. I leave and wait to be emailed again to tell me that the order is ready. So that happens and I get the email and drive and go pick up my stuff. Pull up into the parking space and then I am waiting over an hour and I still haven't gotten the things so now we are delayed over two hours and I've sat in my car over an hour because I was told my order is ready. Furthermore when I asked two associates I am treated so rudely. To add insult to injury....come to find out the rude associates went home and never bothered to tell a manager that I was waiting along with the other 7 vehicles in the parking lot.
